Narrative Report
The first week of our OJT at the Bureau of Fire Protection was
splendid because we get to know the people who are working
in the office. We first assigned to our own designated positions.
We toured around the area. We learned how things works and
places where the process happens. I am in-charge of the front
desk that provides needs, wants and answers the question of
the customers.
We were invited by a fire officer to attend and assist him in a
fire drill and seminar at Regino High school and I learned the
do’s and don’ts when there is fire. It was a splendid experience
that will be remembered.
Introduction
Bureau of Fire Protection Immersion is a government
organization that protects lives and property. Working with
them is an honor because of their job saving countless lives. In
order to lessen their work we take care of their paper works.
The job that they are doing is hard and may cost their lives. In a
little way we can help them lessen the burden that they carry.
The On the Job Training experience at Bureau of Fire
Protection was a splendid experience because it made me
realize how hard an adult works every day. It help me interact
with the people effectively improving my communication skills
and experience what they do every day. They teach me things
that I didn’t learn in school. The ojt boost my confidence and
encourage me to study and work hard in the future. It was a
short time but I will treasure the things that I have learned in
my BFP immersion.
The experience that I gained in BFP may help me in the
future and I will apply my learning as I continue my journey in
life. It gave me a glimpse of what a real world looks like. I will
continue to work and study hard. This experience is needed to
strengthen and prepare for the future. I am very lucky and
honored to work in Bureau of Fire Protection.
