PROCEDURE FOR TRAINING

PURPOSE
To ensure that the employees in the lab have adequate skills and
knowledge required for performing their task.
PROCEDURE
By following the procedure of training the costly mistakes can be
simply avoided, and, for fulflling this requirement, we follow a well-
defned procedure of training for our staf new recruit staf, which can
be widely divided into three steps!-
1. Induction Training
"n this step of training the recruits know about their duties which they
have to perform further. They are introduced with o#ce colleagues and
the layout of premises. The values and aims of the
responsibilitiesduties are also clarifed to them. $e let them know
about the internal workings and policies of the organi%ation and
laboratory. They are provided laboratory procedures, work instructions
and other related documents. This is one week training.
2. Internal Training
This is one month training programe, in which, new recruits are sent to
&hief or 'enior to observe the demonstration of the procedure. They
have to perform the procedure successfully under the observation of
trainer before providing the services independently.
3. Eternal Training
()ternal training programme are also organi%ed for the personnel,
which provides them an opportunity to learn from e)pertsspecialist in
the respective felds. This programme also helps them to understand
