    Dear Sir,
    Good day!
    I would like to inform you that the ICT Add-On subject in our school have started in
    Grade 9 (3 sections) and 4
    th
    Year (1 section) since first grading even though that the
    limitation of computers is the biggest hindrance in implementing the program. Last
    September 2, 2014 Division ICT Coordinator, Mrs. Eden F. Samadan visited the school and
    have seen the scenario of the ICT Add-On here in our school.
    With this, I am asking for your permission to use the Science and Math Computer
    Rooms for the meantime because nobody is using it right now for the implementation of our
    ICT Add-On subject. In this case, we can teach more students specially the 4
    th
    year
    students. I assure you that the computer units will be properly used and maintained by the
    Add-On teachers.
