GENERAL
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to pass Registration Form/s on time.
Failed to pass CD of performance on time

DANCING DUETS
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to attend the rehearsals for the introduction performance.
Failed to perform in the introduction performance.
Failed to come 30 minutes before the competition proper.
NOTE: Participants who incur any of the abovementioned or two or all will not receive any merit.

AGUMAN SANDUK
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to pass the creative wear draft on the given time.
o NOTE: The creative wear draft should be the same with the actual attire.

EAXPOSED
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to provide two (2) representatives for the flash mob.
Failed to attend the rehearsal/s.
Failed to arrive 30 minutes before the competition proper.
Failed to pass the CD of performance on the said date.

NOTE: Participants who incur any of the abovementioned or two or all will not receive any merit.

1980s PERSONA
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Having two or more assistant.
Failed to pass the draft/pictures of the clothes they will wear on the given time.
o NOTE: The draft/pictures should be the same with the actual attire.
Failed to pass a letter of agreement (if there is an import)
NOTE: Participants who incur any of the abovementioned or both will not receive any merit.

EXHIBIT
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to open the exhibit on time on the three day celebration of CEA days.

Giving of merits will be based on the arithmetic mean of all the merits gained by the org.


ARTFEST: GRAPHICS
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to come 30 minutes before the contest proper.
Has put the name, logo of the organization, or acronym, in the artwork.

NOTE: Participants who incur any of the abovementioned or both will not receive any merit.


ARTFEST: CANVASS PAINTING
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to come 15 minutes before the contest proper.
Has put the name, logo of the organization, or acronym, in the artwork.

ARTFEST: DOODLE ART
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to come 30minutes before the competition proper.
Has put the name, logo of the organization, or acronym in the artwork.

ARTFEST: CHALK FEST
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to come 30minutes before the start of the competition.

Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to come 30 minutes before the competition proper.

Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event.
Has been coached by another participant or any.
Has coached another participant.
Has left the room without permission of organizer.

KILLTIME: BAWAL ANG KJ
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the competition.
Violate/s the no talking rule in the second game, Pakiramdaman!.
Did not wear the identification number.

PINOY HENYO
Participant/s will receive a merit if another participant/s
Failed to arrive 15minutes before the event.
Failed to come 45seconds once they have been called by the host to play.
