colour. On its si# petals are the
letters from $a to Puramdara! %ith
the $indu superposed! of the shinin
colour of lihtnin.

Another lotus = the Svadhisthana-Cakra.
Puramdara = the letter La
Bindu = The Anusvara




1&. Within it 'Svadhisthana( is the
%hite! shinin! %ater) reion of
*aruna! of the shape of a half+moon!
and therein! seated on a ,akara! is
the $i-a *am! stainless and %hite as
the autumnal moon.

14. /e %ho meditates upon this
stainless Lotus! %hich is named
Svadhisthana! is freed immediatel)
from all his enemies! such as the
fault of Ahamkara and so forth. /e
"ecomes a Lord amon 5ois! and is
like the Sun illuminin the dense
darkness of inorance. The %ealth of
his nectar+like %ords flo%s in prose
and verse in %ell+reasoned discourse.

+is enemies = the si, #assions& i.e.& kama -lust.&
krodha -anger.& lo%ha -greed.& moha -delusion.&
mada -#ride.& matsaryya -envy.& which all arise
$rom a sense o$ me-ness -ahamkara..
Ahamkara = egoism.
/gnorance = moha.
