Meet Our Team A Holistic Approach 360 Candidate and Organizational Needs Review An organizational needs and executive profile are created and combined with a team assessment that enable us to formulate a 360 view of the engagement and tailored plan to accelerate the overall impact and return on investment. Candidate Sourcing and DNA Testing for Performance Characteristics Candidates are sourced through our team of highly skilled recruiters and from our internal candidates in our Accelerated Executive Reengagement program. Prior to presenting candidates, DISC assessment, reference checks, behavioral and skills based interviews are completed by our C-Suite executives. Organizational Performance Training We magnify the final candidates skills by refreshing their knowledge through re-training on a wide range of organizational performance best practices and arm the executive with our library of proprietary organizational performance solutions. This results based management training focuses on organizational alignment, team development, goal setting and creating high performance teams and culture. This begins prior to day one and continues for 12 26 weeks based on needs. This is done with a C-level coach who stays with the executive for one year to support the executive and the organization. PEPG Accelerated C-Suite Transition Blueprint The secret sauce in accelerating the transition and organizational performance occurs in the first 90 days by creating organizational clarity from employees to Sr. Executives, culture, customer satisfaction and a strategy to transform it. Everything is a result of leadership and we support the executive with processes in which we engage the team to deliver as requested. No additional cost except for travel expenses as required when our RAC certified consultants are on site.
