Step 3: To curl the petals, roll up

one end towards the centre and

release.
Step 7: Repeat Step 5 for the
next two layers.
NOTE:
The petals on each layer (aside
from the base layer) should be
glued over the gaps in between
the petals on the layer under-
neath - refer to the top view of
the ASSEMBLED WATER LILY
FLOWER template).
Step 6: Cut another two lots of 8
petals out of a different coloured
foam sheet using the PETAL C
and D templates. Repeat Step 3
for these petals.
Step 5: Glue down the smaller lot
of petals (PETAL B) on top of the
base layer. Ensure each petal is
glued over the gap between the
petals below.
Step 4: Glue down the flat end of
the largest petals (PETAL A) on
top of the lily pad, forming the
base flower shape.
Step 2: Cut out the flower petals
for the water lily flower. Use the
PETAL A and B templates to cut 8
of each from a foam sheet.
Step 1: Using the WATER LILY
PAD template provided, trace it
onto a foam sheet and cut around
the outline.
