Strawberry Banana Shake

• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
• 3/4 cup milk
• Some strawberries (3 or 4 big
strawberries).
• Remove tops and wash berries first.

Preparation –

• Peel banana, cut in pieces & put in a food mixer.


• Add the other ingredients.
• Mix until smooth.
• Pour into paper cups and share.
