Welcome to the Q1 GOLF Web Guide.

This year we have decided to modernize our approach to marketing our products by publishing a Web Guide instead
of a traditional print catalog. This Web Guide is designed to give you a “taste” of the Q1 Golf line but does not
contain the countless details that you need to know about each product. Those details are now contained on our
website and include a video on each product, a printable PDF file for each product, with retail pricing and a listing
of companion or packaging options for each product. We believe that this approach offers you, the consumer, a far
better understanding of each of our products while at the same time reducing the waste and cost of a traditional print
catalog.

Combined Quantity Minimums - All items within a Collection can be combined to achieve higher quantity minimums. For example if you

Ball Marker Setups - Throughout the price list there are notations about ball marker setups. If two or more items use the same style
and size ball marker, then setup is only paid once. All Ball Marker and Setup pricing includes logo on both sides with 4 colors of enamel
per side. Unless otherwise noted ball markers are included in pricing with all products that use them. Please refer to color catalog for more
details.
Combined Quantity Minimums - Minimums shown are combined by ball marker style. For example, if you order 75 Talon Divot Tools,
which use a 25mm (1”) Round Ball Marker and add 75 Scorpion Divot Tools, 75 Icon Hat Clips and 25 Towel Rings then ALL products will
be priced at the 250 piece price. Absolute minimum is 100 pieces per Ball Marker style.
Plating - All metals include a choice of the following metal plating finishes - Antique Nickel, Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Black Nickel
(Gunmetal), Matte Silver, Matte Gold, Matte Nickel, Bright Silver, and Bright Gold.
ORDERING INFO
Over / Under Runs - We reserve the right to over / under ship by 5% on embroidered and metal products and 10% on custom woven
towels.
Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without prior approval from the factory. All claims must be made within 15 days of invoice.
Custom embroidered goods may not be returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect.
FOB Point - Buffalo / LA
Shipping - Prices are exclusive of all shipping charges forward of FOB Points. Freight will generally be shipped on Q1 Golf/Sportcover
account and standard freight charges added. Shipments can be made on customer account although a handling surcharge for manual
freight entry of $12.50 (V) per destination will be added. For additional consignee addresses beyond the first please add $6.25 (V) per
destination.
Production Time - Normal production time will vary due to seasonal demand, but generally averages from 3 to 6 weeks from approval of
artwork. Rush orders will be accepted whenever possible and additional charges may apply. Acceptance of these charges must be made in
writing or on the PO. You will be notified at time of ordering if airfreight charges will be needed to meet your delivery date. Please specify
required in-hand dates on all orders.
Cancellations - Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Orders cancelled before production begins may be subject to
administration or cancellation charges.
DISCLAIMERS
Embroidery and Sew - Embroidery on the more unique materials that we use such as Micro Plush, Suede, and Leather, may not appear
as crisp and defined as on easier to embroider materials such as cloth, nylon, and canvas. It should also be noted that although our
embroidery machines are state of the art, different embroidery machines embroider the same designs in markedly different ways.
Therefore, on reorders and even on same orders some small variances in embroidery quality may be detected. Also due to the nature of
custom sewing many items will vary in size by a small amount due to different seam allowances. These differences are normal and
unavoidable, and should not detract from the overall appearance and quality of the products.
Manufacture of Goods - Q1 Golf reserves the right to manufacture goods at either its domestic or import factory without notice. Should
a domestically produced product be required please advise us in writing at time of order.
Warranty - All Q1 products are unconditionally warranted against manufacturer’s defects for a period of 90 days.
Logos and Trademarks - The use of corporate logo’s or trademarks within the catalog does not necessarily constitute an endorsement
by the trademark holders. The rights to use and sell trademarked logos are the responsibility of the purchaser. Q1 Golf / Sportcover does
not verify the authenticity of purchasers rights to logo use and accepts no responsibility for improper or incorrect use.
