Boltwood is opening for lunch!

Evanston, Illinois - Boltwood will be opening its doors for lunch service starting on Tuesday, October
7
th
, 2014.
Lunch hours will be 11:00am 2:00pm, Tuesday-Friday.
Lunch at Boltwood will abide by the farm-driven philosophy that Brian Huston is known for but the menu
will consist of more casual fare such as soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and more. And for those
looking for a little midday pick-me-up, delicious Stumptown Coffee will be flowing throughout lunch
service.
According to Brian Huston, Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to do well, but we plan to do
soups, salads and sandwiches very well. Huston goes on to say that, we also want to introduce a
different style of pizza that is better suited for lunch by utilizing cool cheeses and super fresh
vegetables.
Diners will place their orders counter-side at the Boltwood bar where they will be given a number to
take back to their table and their food will be brought out to them.
To-go and pick-up order will also be available to cater to diners on the go.
