NGUYEN HOANG: FROM A SHOP TO COMPUTER HOSPITAL AND FURTHER

Information technology market in Vietnam with the average growth rate of 20-30 % per
year has created more favorable opportunities for the development of domestic
enterprises, including the Investing and Developing technology join-stock Nguyen Hoang
Company.

Growing from a small machine shop on Bui Thi Xuan Street , District 1 , Ho Chi Minh
City since 1999 , when the IT development of Vietnam was not much, small shops facing
many difficulties , after eight years activities, Nguyen Hoang (NHG) has now gained a
foothold in the market .

On November 16, 2007, Nguyen Hoang has publicly announced the conversion of the
type of company, change the logo and signing a cooperation contract with Trung Nguyen
Corporations, Internet Service Company of Japan.

Nguyen Hoang is the first business to open in Vietnam model computer hospital
ICARE, specialized in providing overall solutions for computer networking and repair of
office equipment and digital products. Born in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City, ICARE is
considered as a original business model. Along with business models ICARE, NHG also
developed training system computer doctor with iSPACE .

Not only expand ICARE-iSPACE chain, Nguyen Hoang also pay for investment in
education. NHG is applying the procedure to the official inauguration two first high
schools of investment strategies for education in next year. This have been preparing
carefully for over a year. NHG also intends to invest a vocational college from the recent
background growth "Computer Doctor" iSPACE.
