Step by step:
I. Step 1: Preparation connected to PC / Laptop
a. Make sure that no other devices connected to the USB port, if there is still beg to be
released first, such as USB flashdisk, External Hard Drive, etc
b. Remove the battery, SDcard, and the SIM Card from SmartPhone
c. Connect your phone to your Laptop / PC, press and hold the middle volume of
approximately 15 seconds. (Only the middle volume, or the volume + and -
simultaneously),
d. When in the PC / Laptop asked the driver, point it to the driver point number 1 above
Equipment
When in win XP, make sure in your PC / Laptop detected as Qualcomm HS-USB
Diagnostic 9006

When in win7, maybe detected as Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM,

try to reinstall the driver and make sure to connect the port 9006


e. If after installing the driver, a warning appears to format the disk, select Cancel



II. Step 2: How to Backup and Restore image
a. How to Backup (Save Smartphone image to Laptop/PC)
Open Roadkils, see this image below

Click menu: Store Image
at Read Image: Phisycal Disk 1 (3.61 GB) beware, do not let the wrong disk
On Target File, click Browse to select the img file storage location later
Click Start, wait until finished (about + 25 minute)
The results of the image file by + 3,78 GB


b. How to Restore image file to Smartphone)
Open Roadkils

Click menu: Write Image
at Write Image to: Phisycal Disk 1 (3.61 GB) beware, do not let the wrong disk
at Source File, click Browse to select the location of the results of the previous
backup image file
Click Start, wait until finished (about + 25 minute)
When finished, unplug the USB cable, plug it back the Battery, SDcard, SIM Card,
and then try to restart your Smartphone

Congratulations, you're back to normal Smartphone ... let's improved again
