Your Planned Valhalla Ranch Hunt and Deposit is accepted based upon the following Valhalla Hunts (Please be as forthright as you can in choosing):

In order to assure each hunter experiences ample opportunities in their Valhalla Hunt package / hunt. A $2500 deposit for each hunt is required. Please be as
accurate and honest in regards to what you want to hunt, we are asking this to assure you will be presented as many Valhalla Bucks in your category. We understand
it may change in the heat of the hunt!

Total Deposit for all hunts $_____________ along with this signed agreement are due immediately to confirm you hunting reservation at the Lodge for time period
noted above. The balance will be required upon the end of your hunt based upon the animals harvested. Arrival and departure is for noon the days noted. If you are
paying for a group hunt, the total number of packages are listed on this form, you along with your hunting parties will be supplied a supplement agreement at the
time arrival to assure all understand who is responsible for each individual hunts and upgrades in hunter chooses another Valhalla Hunt category.

Your Fee includes a one-on-one guided hunt for each hunter, meals, beverages, and lodging at Valhalla Ranch Grayling, MI. Transportation to and from airport can
be arranged for a small fee. Your guides will cape, skin and quarter your deer, and wrap your harvest, taxidermy and shipping are additional cost. Gratuity and Air
travel and fee from airport to ranch are not included in any Valhalla Ranch hunting package. Please note a $150.00 per day non-hunting companion fee will be
applied to each guest accompanying you on your trip, they may accompany you to your deer blind if room.

Each hunter is required to sight in their Weapon of choice before hunting. Each hunter and guest are asked to read, abide by and sign all hunting and guest related
forms including the Valhalla Waiver of Liability and Photo Release form before or upon arrival to the Ranch.

Blood draw rule: If you meme or fatally wound a deer at the Ranch per your guide discretion, it is considered harvested and payment will be required in full based
upon the deer wounded. We will do everything within reason to find and reward you with your deer harvested. To date we have not lost one animal harvested!

If you are presented with more than one animal in your hunt class and you choose not to or fail to harvest an animal prior to the end of your hunt departure date you
shall forfeit $500 per day up to a maximum of $2500 / hunter from your deposit, any balance left over will be applied to another hunt date and time at Valhalla
Ranch.
