POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to act as a point of contact between the customers and the drivers through lead generation, ensuring proper and timely delivery of cabs and directing the drivers. TYPICAL JOB DUTIES: Attending calls of customers and booking the cabs Cleaning and proper maintenance of the cab Calculating the fare Ensuring the timely delivery of cabs Managing the drivers To ensure the safety of customers WORKING CONDITIONS: Good, Sitting for a long time EQIPMENTS AND MACHINES USED: Telephone, Computer (Internet, websites, excel) REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the proprietor of the firm. He directs the drivers, in-house mechanics and other assigned people and co-ordinates the activities of the maintenance and managing of the people working in the firm. QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: +2 and above RELATED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years experience in related field JOB KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS REQUIRED: Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge: managing websites, basic excel skills, managing lead generation Ability to converse in languages like Malayalam, English, Tamil, Hindi Managerial Skills Knowledge about the distances, routes etc. Human Resource skills
