Assonance
Assonance takes place when two or more
words close to one another repeat the same
vowel sound, but start with different
consonant sounds.

Men sell the wedding bells.
Some more examples
William Wordsworth employs assonance to
create an internal rhyme in his poem
Daffodils:
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high oer vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze
