Using the feedback from your class and instructor, please answer the following at the completion of your
lesson:

What worked well during my lesson? (2 pts) __My lesson plan was set up well for an introduction to learning
throwing techniques. We went back to basics and my lesson demonstrated having a solid starting point.__

What didnt work well? (2 pts) Trying to jump into practicing flicks and hammer throws the very first
lesson was a little difficult because 1) its not realistic and 2) I myself as the teacher didnt completely know how
to throw the disc properly myself. ___
What could I do differently next time to make my lesson more successful? (6 pts) _______Next time, maybe have
a better idea of how the hammer throw and flick work and maybe get some one on one time with students during
general practice. When Jonathan took a few minutes to help me understand the movement and positioning of the
flick toss, it made it easier to understand, and it would have really helped the class as a whole if there was time to
do a quick personal lesson with everyone.
