How to create a colour overlay

1. Import your image into Photoshop.

2. Create a new layer.

3. Fill the new layer with a colour of your choice.



4. Lower down the opacity of the filled layer, so it would become see-
through.



You could also add a colour layer to a certain selection, so you could make
an image only have that tint at a certain part. You can do this by

Selecting a part of the image

Fill that selection (Make sure you create the selection in a new layer)

Change the opacity of that selection


And thats how you make a colour overlay.
How to increase/decrease the brightness and contrast

Upload your image onto Photoshoo.


Go onto Image on the toolbar, and then Adjustments.



Go onto Brightness/Contrast


You will now be able to increase and decrease the brightness and
contrast of the image.





Once you like what you see, press Ok. And you would have successfully of
changed the brightness and contrast of the image.
