Lancaster Rd. Mr. Paddock has cognitive issues, cancer, and uses a machine to aid his
breathing. Mr. Paddock walks with hunched over shoulders, he is known to frequent the
West End shopping areas, and to ride DART trains for extended periods of time.
The Dallas Police Department is asking for the publics assistance in locating the
