Generation of Steam using Forced Circulation,
High & Super Critical Pressure:
If the circulation of water is by natural conventional currents produced by
the application of heat , the boilers known as natural circulation boilers.
If the circulation of water is by external means using pump, the boilers
called forced circulation boilers.
In some boilers the fluid is forced once through, or controlled by partial
recirculation they are called as Positive Circulation Boilers.
If the boilers are designed to operate above critical pressure (221.2bar),
then they are known as Super Critical Boilers.
