Dear Patty Hansen:
I would like to say how impressed I am with Dixie Regional Medical Center. The nurses I have worked
with during my clinical hours were very knowledgeable, organized, and caring. The interdisciplinary
team and staff were helpful and truly made all the difference to not only myself, but to the patients.
I strongly believe in DRMCs mission, vision, and values. I particularly agree with the mission statement
to help people live the healthiest lives possible. As a nurse, I hope to not only help my patients become
healthier while at the hospital, but also to teach them the knowledge and skills needed to remain healthy.
I look forward to starting my nursing career, and I hope to begin my career at DRMC. I will graduate in
December with my associates in Nursing degree from Dixie State University. I have thoroughly enjoyed
my clinicals at DRMC, and from them I have learned many valuable skills and knowledge. My clinical
experience includes Med-Surg, CVU, ICU, ER, NICU, and B-med. I feel that I have gained much from each
of these areas.
I have always wanted to have a job where I could help people, and earning a degree in nursing will help
me fulfill this dream. I am a caring, compassionate, accountable, and intelligent person. I work hard to
achieve my goals. These qualities are essential in the nursing field, and I feel qualified to hold this
standard and eligible for a nursing position at DRMC.
I appreciate the time and consideration put forth into reviewing my resume. I look forward to hearing
