These pro"ects are e.ecuted either interna!!y by MSEDCL emp!oyees or are e.ecuted in coordination with /ua!ified consu!tants and vendors in the industry. Therefore pro"ect management- purchases- and store (materia!, management are essentia! to efficient and effective operations and pro"ect e.ecution. Emp!oyees and Infrastructure (!and- e/uipments etc., are two important assets of any organi0ation and managing them is cha!!enging as we!! as crucia! to any organi0ation. MSEDCL recogni0es this and is p!anning to increase automation in arrears of that wi!! he!p the management in monitoring these assets. &ccounting and 1inance- though a bac office function is one of the core functions of any professiona!- commercia! organi0ation and MSEDCL is no e.ception to that.
