Creating a Table

Criteria for success:



Headings: spelled correctly; appropriate;
neat*; capitalized properly
Ruler*: one pass; straight; no longer than they
have to be. Long continuous lines
Title: Capitals, spelling
Size: Big enough that your printing is easy to read, yet
no bigger than it has to be

Units: Each measurement must have units assigned.
Units are usually are short form, lower case, and
bracketed (eg: (b/15 s), or (s), or (m)

* Tables can be constructed by hand or by using a
computer. Both can show the data just as well as the other,
so it is your choice.
