I. GOLF MEMBER and GOLF SHARES
a. HOW MANY ARE THE CURRENT MEMBERS OF THE SUMMIT POINT
GOLF CLUB?
Ans : There are currently 485 active members.
. HOW DOES ONE BECOME A MEMBER?
Ans.:
i : The purchase of a fairway lot is inclusive with a Golf Share. A share is valued at
Php 5!. "ne lot is one share.
ii : The purchase if a re#ular residential lot is inclusive of a $ountry $lub Share.
iii : There are two types of shares. Gold and Silver Shares. The Gold Shares are #olf
and country shares. The Silver Shares are country club shares only.
!. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
i : %pon reservation payment of a lot purchase! the buyer will be #iven the
application form to be accomplished.
The form should be accompanied with the followin# :

&Photocopy of documents showin# relation with dependents.
d. CO"ERAGE OF MEMBERSHIP
i : A membership covers the primary member! his spouse and children that are '5
years and below.
ii : ,ocuments needed are marria#e contract! birth certificates of children!

#. BILLING
i : 2illin# is done every 3th day of the month and the member can pay throu#h ban(
deposits.
ii : Payment delin4uency of 5 days will mean that their member privile#es will be
suspended.
$. RECIPROCITY ARRANGEMENT
i : All #olf shareholders of Summit Point can play at any Sta. 6ucia Golf $ourse
anywhere in the country at 57 discount on #reen fees based on accompanied rates.
ii : Arran#ement for the use of the other Golf $ourses must be coordinated with the
membership office of Summit Point.
II. THE SUMMIT POINT COUNTRY CLUB
A. COUNTRY CLUB SHARE
1. DESCRIPTION
a. +t is incorporated in the purchase of a re#ular lot.
b. The $ountry $lub Share will be called Silver Share and for now has an estimated
value of
Php 1'5!
c. )or those previous lot buyers! the $ountry $lub Shares are available at a promo
price of
Php 1!
d. Terms of payments is identical to the terms and payment of the lot.
2. PROCESSING FEE
a. Processin# )ee for the $ountry $lub Share is Php 5!
b. There is an on#oin# promo wherein if the buyer activates within 3 days!
processin# fee is waived. Promo period until ,ecember '14.
c. +f the buyer activates within 3 months! 57 discount on Processin# )ee.
3. COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP DUES
a. Accordin# to the by&laws of the Golf $lub! membership fees for the $ountry $lub
is at 57 of the dues at the #olf club.
b. 8owever! durin# the promo period of 9une 1 to ,ecember :1! '14! monthly dues
is at Php 1! per month with Php 5 G) consumable on facility use..
4. PROCESSING OF COUNTRY CLUB SHARES
a. Similar to the Golf Shares! upon reservation payment of a lot purchase! the buyer
will be #iven the application form to be accomplished.
The form should be accompanied with the followin# :

$overa#e of membership is similar to th Golf Shares also.
6. USE OF THE FACILITY
a. The club has desi#nated a membership des( to answer all your resrvation
re4uirements.
b. Any restrictions on the use of the facilities is posted prominently in the Golf and
$ountry $lub areas.
7. RATES
a. There are three types of rates also! /ember! Accompanied! and %naccompanied.
b. )or the %naccompaniedGuests! the /ember should submi a letter via letter or fa*
statin# the name;s of the Guests that he is sponsorin#.
8. BILLING
a. 2illin# procedure is the same with the Golf Shares.
III. OWNERSHIP OF SHARES
A. ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES
1. The club is finali<in# the details for the issuance of certificates of shares.
B. TRANSFER OF SHARES
1. $an the shares alone be sold or transferred= As of the moment! it is still tied up with
the lot.
$. FOR MULTIPLE INNER RESIDENTIAL LOT BUYERS, ONLY ONE SHARE
IS THE REQUIREMENT.
