What is Criticism?
The act of passing judgments and opinions on everyday
work.
Criticism may be a result of in depth analysis or personal
viewpoint.
Types of Criticism & Their Categories

Criticism done on a particular mistake by someone. It is where you
have a flaw, want to improve it and ready to accept it.


Constructive Criticism:
Constructive criticism is all about identifying the mistakes, flaws and
point them out in such a way that they benefit from your criticism.

Invalid Criticism
Criticism done to mislead or destruct a person.

Destructive Criticism:
Criticism which only identifies the problem and does not offer solutions.

Misleading Criticism:
Criticism based on biasness and puts the person out of track.

How To Handle Criticism

Combine criticism with praise.
Look for grains of truth.
Value criticism.
Ignore False Criticism.
Dont Respond Immediately.
Handle it like Buddha.
