Bid Item: Project Management Services
1.

All invited bidders shall secure the bid documents as soon as possible and to submit bids on June 28, 2011
or else will be automatically disqualified. If the invited Bidder is not interested, they should write a letter
stating that they declining or will not participate in bidding for the project management services.

2.

Incase of Time extension please refer to Annex B extension guidelines for the computation of time extension
fee.

3.

All bidders to address their proposal to Ms. Bhel Barrete, at 8 th floor Executive Office, SOGO Building,
629 EDSA Cubao Quezon City.
All the items discussed above will be considered as part of the Bid/Contract Documents
