Please find the following subject for your follow up during my absence from the project.
1. Scaffolding erection, dismantling & demobilization (off plot, CCA & lots).
2. Punch items closing as per mail sent 1/7/2014.
3. Man power (JCB operator, dump truck operator & 2 banks men) demobilization after
demolition / dumping of balance CCA & LB 06 material which expected to be complete by
15/7/2014.
4. JCB & dump truck demobilization (expected 15/7/2014).
5. ECPW closure with RLIC & applying or renewal if required.
6. Lay down balance demolition & demobilization (all to be demobilized currently except paint
container (when required you may run it using diesel welding machine).
7. In CCA lay down 200 KVA generator to be demobilized 5/7/2014 after arrival of 135 KVA
generator from LB 06.
8. 135 KVA generators will be required later for Cape to apply TSA coating inside LB 06 after
completion of TSA the generator to be demobilized.
9. Balance off plot speed breaker marking.
10. For structure paint flaking if awarded to Qcon the same will be managed through yourself as
discussed earlier.
