Primary Goals, Objectives and Strategies

Key Strategic Goal

Become one of the best budu and get recognition of the parties concerned.
Promote the products to the local and foreign market.

Objectives to achieve the strategic goal

Always focused on the production capacity so that their products are always quality, taste and
consistency of the manufacturing process are optimized.
To expose the side dishes food of Kelantans people to others citizen which is budu

Strategies to achieve each objective

Improving the manufacturing processes and systems in order to keep it in a good level.

Task Plans to achieve each strategy

Their workers always need to check and alert with their manufacturing tools and report to the
management team if there has any broken of it.

Plan Implementation
The workers and the management team need to have a team work and communicate well to each
other. In business situation daily or hourly touch points occur between team members. Typically
management in consultation with staff and key stakeholders implements each Goal and its
supporting objectives, strategies and action plans. Balanced teams can be effectively employed
to implement strategies and supporting action plans. The guidance from the peoples experiences
either worker or manager in business are important to maintain the companys stabilization in
market.

Performance Measurement
The plan's performance should be assessed against its effectiveness in achieving its high priority
goals and performance targets. The leader have to look how far their performance in order to
achieve the goals. By looking the elder or experiences worker, this can improve their ways to
manage the company. So that it will help the company to increase their performance in business.
This performance measurement must be done by weekly and monthly
