Brief about position

As part of the Executive Management team the Chief Executive Officer in partnership with
the Board is responsible for the strategic growth, overall productivity and profitability of
ASARA Biotech Producer Company Limited. The Chief Executive officer is responsible for:
 Providing strategic leadership for the company by
working with the Board of Directors and the executive management team to establish
long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
 Ensuring that ABPCL achieves its set business goals
through effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing organizing and timely
decision making.
 Implementing the strategic projects with overall
control on the strategic targets and taking corrective action as and when required to
achieve the strategic objectives of ABPCL
 Overseeing the performance of the group companies
and providing necessary inputs
Job role

a) Overseeing and ensuring that the day to day operations are smooth while having in
focus the long term sustainability and growth of the organization by working in
accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.
b) Ensure that ABPCL continues to achieve all of the set growth and operational plans.
c) Ensure that ABPCL is run efficiently, profitably and help represent the best interest of
the shareholders.
d) Regularly interact with the Board of Directors and ensure that the Board is well
informed about the overall performance of the company.
e) Keep the Board / Investors and the other relevant stakeholders informed about the
opportunities and challenges faced by the company and develop inclusive, proactive
decisions for the sustained growth of the company.
f) Ensure interests of the company are contractually, legally and financially safe
guarded.
g) Ensure that the performances of the group companies are aligned with their respective
growth targets and also in alignment with the overall objectives of the group.

company

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Management / Finance / Marketing / Engineering (Engineering


Degree preferred)
 Master’s Degree in Management preferred (Agribusiness)

Experience
 Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations or General Management out of which 3
years should in manufacturing industry (Milling/ food manufacturing will be preferred).

Job Role

Employee will be responsible to managing all production resources for ABPCL such as raw
material, supporting material, machines and equipment running and supervising production
process according to standard operating procedures to ensure the flour and by product
produced are consistence, meet the quality standard of safety, product quality, cost, quantity,
on time delivery, with maximum extraction.

Responsibilities

 Planning, controlling, evaluating the operation of the mill according to production


target and schedule provided by planner
 Ensuring the wheat supplies, supporting material, machines and equipment ready to
use and meet the quality standard.
 Controlling and evaluating the wheat grist and batching formulation provided by
formulator
 Planning, controlling and evaluating the wheat cleaning and conditioning process and
setting parameter of cleaning and conditioning process according to targeted wheat
and flour moisture target, standard tempering time and targeted capacity.
 Planning and controlling and evaluating wheat milling process and provide setting
and adjustment parameter of the mill according standard milling parameter to achieve
optimum extraction, with minimum cost and meet the consistent targeted flour
quality.
 Monitoring stock level of wheat and flour inventory level to achieve targeted stock
discrepancy
 Planning, controlling and evaluating preventive and autonomous maintenance
program and coordinating with engineering department to ensure all the machines and
equipment is ready to use in standard performance with minimum downtime
 Planning and evaluating hygiene and sanitation program coordinating within mill,
batching and packing area to meet the sanitation standard
 Planning, controlling, monitoring and evaluating implementation of quality procedure
in mill, batching and packing area to meet the quality standard certification
 Identifying, planning, controlling and evaluating resourcing and personnel
development program in mill, batching and packing area. 
 Facilitating development of staff competencies through internal or external training
and on the job training
 Planning, allocating, controlling, and evaluating all the production cost related to
operation of mill, batching and packing area. 
 Planning, controlling and evaluating the production consumables including fast
moving spare part and ensuring efficient usage.
 Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals

Qualifications

 Minimum of Diploma in Food Technology or Engineering is required.


 Minimum of 2 years’ flour milling experience is preferable.
 Language: English and Hindi
 Other requirements: A good team leader, strong analysis skill, able operating MS
office, and skill in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system will be an advantage.

Marketing in-charge
Reporting

Marketing In-charge will report to CEO of the FPC

Job role

A successful marketing officer must have a great knowledge and enthusiasm for food
products marketing. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will
have experience in managing different marketing ventures in food industry. The goal is to
ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to wheat flour
business.

Role & Responsibilities

 To
Develop and implementation an effective sales and marketing plan for wheat flour
business.
 Research
and analyses of market trends, competitor schemes, demographics, and other
information that affects sales and marketing strategies.
 Organize
and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness among consumers and
stakeholders.
 Plan
advertising and promotional campaigns for wheat flour brand “Pure Diet” on an
effective and efficient media.
 Liaise
with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the brand presence in
the market.
 To
develop publication content for the marketing activities.
 Conduct
market survey to identify opportunities and challenges for brand promotion and
growth.
 To
develop and maintains the marketing budget and ensures all activities are cost-
effective.
 Carry out
the activities related to day to day sales and marketing.

Requirements

 Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role specially wheat


flour industry.
 Solid knowledge of sales and marketing techniques into food industry.
 Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and
data analysis methods.
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office, billing and marketing software.
 Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
 Outstanding communication, public Speaking and interpersonal
abilities.

Qualification

Agri input in-charge

 Ensure Producer Company (PC) obtained required licenses to get in to


business of fertilizer, seed & pesticide.
 Engage with farmer leaders and other stakeholder to develop and implement
input business plans.
 Strive for increasing profitability of Producer Company through agri input
business.
 Assist the board in formation of the goals, objective, strategies, plans and
polices for input business.
 Carry out the activities related to day to day input sale.

 Maintain proper books of accounts proper record keeping of all the related
books in FPO office including related to agri input business such as – Stock
registers, principle certificates, bills, inward and out ward registers etc.

 Ensure proper display of all licensees and approvals related input business in
office area.

 Liaise with government officials and stakeholders.

 Submit all necessary reports to agriculture department related input business


on timely basis.
 Increase awareness on Govt. Schemes and subsidies and facilitate the same
for member farmers.
 Maintain database of members and FPO activity.
 Demand aggregation, supply of Agri input and procurement management of
agri inputs

Requirements

Admin/Accountant In-charge
Brief of Job
ABPCL is looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts
payable and receivable. Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and
reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated
records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or
Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Administer proper coding and manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all
accounts.

 Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.


 Manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub ledger for fixed assets.
 Perform research, reconcile all bank accounts and resolves all issues in processes.
 Prepare reports of payrolls on monthly and fortnightly basis.
 Prepare and document all taxes and its filing.
 Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
 Maintain all files and invoices and prepare records of minutes of meeting.
 Assist accountants and prepare all financial data and reports.
 Evaluate all physical contracts with products and billing plans.
 Organize customer contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoices.

Requirements

Plant operator:-

 Maintenance on daily basis of Machine


 Perform job tasks in a safe manner in compliance with Bartlett safe work practices,
programs and procedures.
 Continuously clean assigned areas through the facility.
 Anticipate and remedy problems (chokes, motor problems, machine dysfunctions, line
breaks and so forth) through constant visual and audio inspections of equipment,
report problems to area supervisor and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
 Perform Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) activities such as cleaning, routine
maintenance and repairs as assigned.
 Keep work areas clean by cleaning up spills, dust and other debris in a timely manner.
 Perform any cleaning and remedial tasks as assigned.
 Ability to read and comprehend written and oral operational and safety instructions
and related rules, policies and memos, and to communicate clearly with co-workers
and supervisors.

Qualification
ITI (Fitter/) or 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical and minimum qualification 3 years or more
especially in flour mill.

Sales Executive

Responsibility
 Learn in detail about FPC, Products and Services.
 Drive the achievement of wheat flour Sales target in designated territory.
 Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
 Prospect for new clients within assigned areas and facilitate quick on-boarding.
 Ensure consistent availability of wheat flour supply to dealers/distributors.
 Constantly monitor competitive activities in assigned territory and inform Sales Manager
to maintain market positioning.
 Ensure proper coordination with marketing team for various promotional schemes.
 Negotiate sales terms and agreement with dealers and close sales for wheat flour.
 Follow up on leads generated through exhibitions and promotional events to engage
prospective customers.
 Maintain cordial relationships with dealers and distributors in assigned zone to build brand
loyalty and sustain patronage.
 Ensure coordination with supply team for proper and continuous supply of wheat flour.
 Regularly visit to dealers and distributors in assigned territory to generate new orders.
 Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to showcase wheat flour products
and meet potential customers.
 Prepare activity and sales report for the attention of the sales manager and submit the
same.

Qualification/ Requirements

a. Graduate/ Master in any stream from recognised university. Graduated/ Master in


marketing is preferred.
b. Good communication skills (Reading, Writing and personal behaviour)
c. Minimum one-year experience in FMCG product marketing or retails.
