Reporting
As part of the Executive Management team the Chief Executive Officer in partnership with
the Board is responsible for the strategic growth, overall productivity and profitability of
ASARA Biotech Producer Company Limited. The Chief Executive officer is responsible for:
Providing strategic leadership for the company by
working with the Board of Directors and the executive management team to establish
long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Ensuring that ABPCL achieves its set business goals
through effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing organizing and timely
decision making.
Implementing the strategic projects with overall
control on the strategic targets and taking corrective action as and when required to
achieve the strategic objectives of ABPCL
Overseeing the performance of the group companies
and providing necessary inputs
Job role
a) Overseeing and ensuring that the day to day operations are smooth while having in
focus the long term sustainability and growth of the organization by working in
accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.
b) Ensure that ABPCL continues to achieve all of the set growth and operational plans.
c) Ensure that ABPCL is run efficiently, profitably and help represent the best interest of
the shareholders.
d) Regularly interact with the Board of Directors and ensure that the Board is well
informed about the overall performance of the company.
e) Keep the Board / Investors and the other relevant stakeholders informed about the
opportunities and challenges faced by the company and develop inclusive, proactive
decisions for the sustained growth of the company.
f) Ensure interests of the company are contractually, legally and financially safe
guarded.
g) Ensure that the performances of the group companies are aligned with their respective
growth targets and also in alignment with the overall objectives of the group.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations or General Management out of which 3
years should in manufacturing industry (Milling/ food manufacturing will be preferred).

Employee will be responsible to managing all production resources for ABPCL such as raw
material, supporting material, machines and equipment running and supervising production
process according to standard operating procedures to ensure the flour and by product
produced are consistence, meet the quality standard of safety, product quality, cost, quantity,
on time delivery, with maximum extraction.

A successful marketing officer must have a great knowledge and enthusiasm for food
products marketing. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will
have experience in managing different marketing ventures in food industry. The goal is to
ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to wheat flour
business.
To
Develop and implementation an effective sales and marketing plan for wheat flour
business.
Research
and analyses of market trends, competitor schemes, demographics, and other
information that affects sales and marketing strategies.
Organize
and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness among consumers and
stakeholders.
Plan
advertising and promotional campaigns for wheat flour brand “Pure Diet” on an
effective and efficient media.
Liaise
with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the brand presence in
the market.
To
develop publication content for the marketing activities.
Conduct
market survey to identify opportunities and challenges for brand promotion and
growth.
To
develop and maintains the marketing budget and ensures all activities are cost-
effective.
Carry out
the activities related to day to day sales and marketing.

Maintain proper books of accounts proper record keeping of all the related
books in FPO office including related to agri input business such as – Stock
registers, principle certificates, bills, inward and out ward registers etc.
Ensure proper display of all licensees and approvals related input business in
office area.

Brief of Job
ABPCL is looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts
payable and receivable. Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and
reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated
records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or
Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Administer proper coding and manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all
accounts.

Qualification
ITI (Fitter/) or 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical and minimum qualification 3 years or more
especially in flour mill.
Sales Executive
Responsibility
Learn in detail about FPC, Products and Services.
Drive the achievement of wheat flour Sales target in designated territory.
Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
Prospect for new clients within assigned areas and facilitate quick on-boarding.
Ensure consistent availability of wheat flour supply to dealers/distributors.
Constantly monitor competitive activities in assigned territory and inform Sales Manager
to maintain market positioning.
Ensure proper coordination with marketing team for various promotional schemes.
Negotiate sales terms and agreement with dealers and close sales for wheat flour.
Follow up on leads generated through exhibitions and promotional events to engage
prospective customers.
Maintain cordial relationships with dealers and distributors in assigned zone to build brand
loyalty and sustain patronage.
Ensure coordination with supply team for proper and continuous supply of wheat flour.
Regularly visit to dealers and distributors in assigned territory to generate new orders.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to showcase wheat flour products
and meet potential customers.
Prepare activity and sales report for the attention of the sales manager and submit the
same.
