 Leading patients to other higher health organization when the case is beyond the
factory’s clinic.
 Regular checking of Blood Sugar/Diabetes, High blood Pressure and other related
ailment among the staffs with such history or likelihood.
 Using IT to manage the overall operations and reporting efficiently of all the
activities carried out.

10. Plant Workers/Field Workers (Contract Staff)


The plant workers/filed workers/contract staff: are set of people that will be
hire/recruited either graduate/undergraduate or people with little level of education
long as they are willing to learn and be obedient to the rules and regulation governing
the modus operandi of the company and they can be able to deliver their expectations.
They will work in the company environment/in the field and they will be train/model
and monitor to the point of perfection to work in the company by the Company’s
Management Team and Professionals for them to become managers in the nearest
future. These set of people will include:

Processing Line Workers

Description
 Ability to work within a team setting.

Workers for Chilling, Cutting, Packaging and Labelling


Deliverables:
 The staff person is responsible for placing the processed poultry in the chill tank
and maintains it at a proper temperature.
 Person at the Packaging and labelling unit is responsible to give the final touch to
the processed chicken to be sold to the consumer.
 Basic knowledge of equipment used in the chilling and packaging process.
 Should be aware about temperature required for chilling.
 Responsible for operating chicken meat processing machines and equipment.
 Responsible for feeding chickens and other birds as instructed by the supervisor
in the store before killing.
 Responsible for cleaning poultry drop and the entire environment.
 Handles equipment and machines as instructed by the section
manager/supervisor.
 Assist in handling the chicken and other birds during loading and offloading.
 Carries out task in line with the stated job description.
 Assist in packaging and loading processed chicken meat into distribution cooling
vans.
 Handles any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Drivers (Car, Cooling Van, Motor Bikes)
 Ability to drive professionally.
 Genuinely owned driving license and certificate that backed up that.
 Ability to manage vehicle not be having regular breakdown.
 Reporting any issues relating to the hinderance to smooth running of vehicle.
 Ability to obey every rules and regulations governing driving and road proper
usage.
 Ability to report every ticket and document needed for city movement so as not

to hinders his movement during delivery or emergency trip.
 Ability to be truthful to the state of everything concerning repairs, fuel and
maintenance.
