Description

A sales team is the department responsible for meeting the sales

Description

The Production Worker will learn to operate a variety of mechanized


production equipment. The Production Wroker check and ensures product
specification standards are being met as required by company authorized
standards while performing the tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

 Following health and safety standards.


 Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
 Assembling products and parts.
 Following production guidelines and specifications.
 Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
 Operating and maintaining machinery and production line
equipment.
 Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
 Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
 Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
 Performing other tasks as assigned.

Manufacturing

Functions

Description

Operate manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production


environment, such as CNC machines, manual presses and assembly
equipment. Also performs machine set-ups, tool changes, preventative
maintenance and routine checks on manufacturing equipment.
Responsible for performing visual quality checks.

Responsibilities

 Able to operate various manufacturing equipment (CNC


machining equipment, manual presses,
 assembly equipment, etc.) in a mass/high volume production
environment.
 Requires the ability to constantly manipulate small parts and
gauges.
 Perform machine set-ups and tool changes as necessary.
 Must perform preventative maintenance and routine machine
checks.
 Able to perform visual quality checks using a variety of gauges
(micrometers, calipers, metric rulers,etc.) and check fixtures and
be able to properly document information. Keen vision and mental
 alertness is required.
 Ability to use thinking and reasoning skills to solve a problem.
 Recognize and define problems, collect data, and develop
conclusions.
 Calculate figures and amounts using whole numbers and
decimals.
 Must possess knowledge of basic machining and have ability to
apply concepts.

Description

The Team Administrator sits at the heart of the team support and is
involved in all areas of the company’s work, supporting the team with
general project management and by ensuring the efficient running of the

groups involved in Big Ideas programmes.

Responsibilities
