Agreement on SNOP baseline with internal teams


Agreement on NPD, media and uplift with internal teams
Conduct promotion planning to strategize best fit promotional strategy for account
category.
Conduct promotion evaluation insights for designated account category to measure
promotion effectiveness.
Align plan between CCD and KAM team regarding category and channel plans in
ensuring that all plans suited to account category needs.
Negotiates with account for sales operation planning to implement account strategy.

- Promo – Claims
Crafting and agreement with SKP with customer for baseline
Make sure all promotion already has Opso/TPM Number
Provide customer supporting documents for engagement and approve claims made by
customer in implementing customer strategy.

- Visibility / Gifts
Create visibility execution calendar to monitor and control visibility plan.
Implement visibility plan by implementing in-store execution with internal teams.
Conduct weekly alignment with Distributor KAM Teams to resolve issues in ensuring
that the plan is implemented effectively.
Consolidate, measure and analyze the effectiveness of the investment contributed to
implementing visibility plan

- Innovation Deployment
Select innovation that is relevant for designated category to cater towards
specific account category needs.
Agreement on innovation support for NPD with internal teams
Agreement with customer for NPD listing with internal teams
Execution of NPD in account
Acquire insights from post-launch evaluation of channel innovation in measuring the
impact of innovation towards account performance.
Review & follow up action in improving NPD performance.

- Performance Tracking
Conduct performance analysis to determine root cause of problems that occurs in
specific account category.
Crafting next steps or solutions in addressing root cause of the problems to be the
input for the next planning cycle

- Account Management
Align with CCD, SM and other related parties on categories jobs to be done and
translate it into category account strategy.
Engage with account to acquire input / business requirement for annual business
planning.
Provide input / feedback to category business plan provided by CCD and align with
opportunities that can be pursued in account category.
Engage in Pre-JBP with account in giving preview / roadmap of category full year
plan.
Engage with account in Joint Business Planning process to coordinate collective
plan for the year ahead.
Negotiates and agreement on trading term with account.
Conduct regular business review to monitor implementation of joint business plan
Conduct proper promotion planning by ensuring that SKP document is agreed upon and
signed by both parties.

- Perfect Store Execution


Coordinating with other parties (such as FEM and 3rd Party) to ensure the quality
in-store presence of our brands.
Implement the agreed upon plan and report on the gap’s vs KPI. Determine the root
cause of the problems and the actions to be done.
Monitoring promotions implementation based on agreed upon plans.
Ensure shelf space in line with agreed Planograms.
Check and act immediately on out of Stock.

- Ensuring controls & financial hygiene


Agreement on budget plan with CCD
Budget upload in system for specific account
Budget planning, monitoring, execution and claim
Review documents administration
Process amends - ensuring balance on budgeting
- Educational Background
Essential: All major, Bachelor Graduate.

- Experience (years And Nature)


Essential: Having experience on managing LMT account or Supporting Function
(Shopper Marketing, CCD).
Desirable: External Unilever – coming from other multinational FMCG companies with
WL1 MT account management experience.
