When I was a freshman/sophomore I didnt have a good attitude about

school, I was just thinking about getting passed school because I didnt really like
school, and I still dont, but I kind of regret not taking things seriously freshman
year. Instead of studying or paying attention, I would just hang out with friends all
day or stay at home doing nothing rather than doing homework.
Today like any other day, has not really changed much from freshman year;
I still dont really do work or pay attention that much, but Im going to try and
change that if I want to be on pace to graduate , because I do want to graduate.
The best way to change my ways and graduate is to learn from my past.
When I was younger, I couldnt get interested in school because I didnt like
school also because I would always get in trouble when I was younger, and another
thing is I couldnt stay focused on my work, I would always get distracted easy. I
just could never concentrate on my work. But Im going to try and change that
somehow.
One thing I can do to stay on task is not mess around a lot in class, not just in
English but in all my other classes too. Because I mess around a little too much and
I dont get work done. Also, is to try and focus more and maybe stay after school
too If I need to. However another reason I dont do my work sometimes is,
sometimes I dont know what to write on assignments and I get stuck. But from
now when I get stuck on an assignment Im going to try my best to do it, and if not
Im just going to ask for help.
