    Rubber tube Transparent plastic

    Make a hole in the bottle cap using a heated iron
    nail or a screwdriver. The hole should be the same
    size as the cigarette.

    Insert the filtered end of the cigarette through the hole
    in the bottle cap.

    Seal with adhesive.

    Fit the rubber tube to the filtered end of the cigarette.
