Dear Mr Cahill
As previously agreed I have tried to phone you to ensure that my
understanding of your complaint and claim was correct but unfortunately I
have been unsuccessful in making contact with you. I am sorry that this has
been the case.
I understand that your claim is concerning a dispute you have with Obelisk
International as they have not refunded the monies you paid to them
following you cancelling an agreement with them.
I understand that your complaint partially concerns the fact that DAS have
declined to cover your claim and that you disagree with the reasons given.
I will, of course address all the aspects of your complaint but to help me
look into the declinature of your claim could you tell me if you have any
other investment properties and if so, do you derive an income from them.
I am sorry that I am not yet in a position to provide you with a final
decision and may I apologise for the delay. I hope to be in a position to
respond within the following 5 working days.
