a. Mall Activation for username
b. Invalid password

In the case of (a) please download attachment (b) and follow the pictorial reference :
1. Visit www.bvmalls.com

2. Click on the country you are registered in

3. Click on LOGIN

4. Click on Activate Mall Account link

5. Enter your username in the textbox

6. Click on Activate button

In the case of (b) please download attachment and follow the pictorial reference
1. Visit www.bvmalls.com

2. Click on the country you are registered in

3. Click on LOGIN

4. Click on Forgot password? Link

5. Enter proper data in the textbox


corresponding to its label

6. Click on Reset Button

7. A POP UP window with your default


password will be displayed eg:XXXX

8. Click OK on the POP UP window

9. Click on LOGIN.

10. LOGIN using default password.

11. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and


click on Change Password link to change
password.
