Terms & Conditions

Subscriber is solely responsible for the details shared for certificate registration.
No amendment after registration with regard to serial no. of the product & other details.
Subscriber must specify place of purchase of the products at the time of buying of HP Care
Pack to the sales executive.
Product purchased outside India would be covered subject to the availability of support &
scope of HP Care Pack.
All Post Warranty Packs will be effective from the date of registration and other Care Pack
will continue from the date of expiry of base warranty.
No refund after the registration of certificate /s
Penalty of Rs 300/- for bounce cheque due to any reason will be charged by subscriber.
In HP Care Pack Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement excludes all Consumables
items , maintenance kits, accessories , operating supplies, magnetic media , paper, printer
heads, ribbons, toner a/c adapters and batteries
HP Care Pack Services do not cover any damage or failure caused by (i) Use of non HP
media, supplies and other products (ii) neglect, improper use, fire or water damage,
electrical disturbance, Transportation by customer.
Service can be availed from any service center of HP in India. For On Site Support you will
have to log a complaint at HP Service Toll free number & engineer will come to your place.
Payment 100% advance
Payment to be made in favour of Times Stationers Pvt.Ltd.
HP Care Pack Certificate will be provided within 2 days from the date of payment.
SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED BY HP.
