Presentingatafaculty meeting was a great experience. Ihavedefinitely

realizedtheimportanceofeducationandforcingyourselftoreachtoanew
level.Thiswouldhavebeenabigdealayearago;however,evenwithonly
thefirstsemesterofeducationleadershipclassesIhaveexperienceda
changedmindsetofeducationandpractices. Iknowthiswillcontinueto
evolveastheprogramcontinues. Iintentionallyaddedseveralinstructional
practicesinmypresentationeventhoughthefocuswasontheopendevice
environment. Examples:Reflectionandvariousassessments.
