This is what I learned about the land that I explored:

The land has many trees that will make good homes.
I saw rivers and streams with fish.
There are plenty of wild animals that you can hunt for food.
There are plants with fruit growing on them.
Friendly Native Americans live in the area.
I saw hills so there may be gold.
