The main features on the new generation of CEMAG agitators are:
- Worm gear for reduced height and better stability.

at the lowest point.
The CEMAG agitator serves as an intermediate vessel between the mixer (which mixes in batches) and
the pump (which requires continuous supply). Comprising a cylindrical container with angular base and
an inclined agitator shaft with offset blades CEMAG creates the necessary counter currents which
keeps the mixture in suspension and releases mixed in air bubbles.
The shaft rotates at approximate 60 rpm and is powered by an air or electric motor via a gear box or
directly by a hydraulic motor.
A strainer at the intake prevents large particles from entering the mixture.
The CEMAG is powered either by an electric, hydraulic or air motor.
