Motivation is the inner drive that directs a person's


behavior toward goals.
Motivation can be defined as a process which energizes,
directs and sustains human behavior.

worlds leading producer of
breakfast cereals. Its products
are manufactured in 18 countries
and sold in more than 180
countries. For more than 100
years,
Kelloggs was recently placed in
the top 100 of the Best
Companies to Work For list in
The Sunday Times.

their lives at work, so it is not
surprising that they expect to be
rewarded and satisfied with the job
that they do.

George Eltan Mayo (1880-1949) was a


Philosopher,Author,Harvard professor & Designer of
Hawthorne experiment which significantly changed
management science thinking.

Eltan Mayo is the founder of Human Relation Movement, & is


known for research including Hawthorne studies.
