To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this reference at the request of Dakota Daley who is applying for a job at your
company/business. I have known Dakota for a number of years, and have come to know him in both a
personal and business sense. During the time I have known him, Dakota has exhibited many skills that I
see as very valuable, such as his sense of responsibility and his work ethic. He is always willing to lend a
helping hand, and while performing his volunteer hours under my supervision, he showed that he was
capable of successfully leading others in a variety of tasks.
Dakota has a number of strengths to offer an employer. He is always interested in helping others. For
example, during his volunteer service at Rock Glen Family Resort, Dakota was very timely, organized,
and patient while explaining various tasks to children, and helped ensure the tasks were completed
without difficulty. Dakota is also a very fast learner. He was able to quickly adapt to any situations
thrown at him, and had little difficulty doing things he hadnt done before.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Dakota. If his performance during his volunteer service is any
indication of how hed perform in the available position, Dakota will be an extremely positive addition
