Hired as a cashier, promoted to Loss Prevention in less than three months. Took over
Loss Prevention, which had lost all partnership with Operations the previous last 3
years, acting lead and in management training. I work closely with store managers,
customers, and associates. I take care of safety and shrink. Recognizing opportunities to
create a better environment.
Key Accomplishments
During my time I have rebuilt a partnership with store management. Corrected policy
violations, brought the store up to date, been through training in less than 90 days,
taken care of claims, created a safer environment, changed the culture of the store,
reduced shrink and theft, and made apprehensions of $150.00 or more.
