On the jet lag, do you do the cycles...can you...say, if you are on a three hour
flight, do you do it three times in a row or do you do it each hour?
Dr. Hew Len:
I would do it somewhere on each hour. I would begin it...if I knew I was going
to fly...like I am going to be leaving on Monday, I am already doing my
breathing. So, what does that mean? Will I get home without any...? Oh, no! It
means if doo doo comes up, I go, Oh, okay. I get to breathe again. As
opposed to, Oh, no! I did my breathing! How come?
Audience:
[Chuckling]
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah. Come on, God! Give me a break!
Audience:

Like Joe was saying, when something comes up, its an opportunity! You get
to breathe again. You get to eat a little more cornmeal. You get to think,
Really? Its opportunity, as opposed to...she puts her hand up, she pushes
and I push. Its called resistance!
Female:
Uh-huh.
Dr. Hew Len:
Resist not! Let go! So it falls into nothingness. Thats what we are up against.
We are only up against our stuff. We are resisting our stuff. So eating the corn
and doing all of this is about letting go! So when it comes up you go, Oops, I
get to let that go! Oops! You get better and better, you do it more and more
often, and then as you do it.... then theres a part of you...tomorrow I am going
to go over this...tell you how you can have that subconscious help you with
the cleaning.

I see bubbling now, so...anybody want to bubble up so I can...you can ask the

I dont know if this is a question, but I work a lot with Hispanics and I grew
up in Mexico.
Dr. Hew Len:
Yes.
Woman:
I have been SO TOUCHED by how SWEET they are and how much they love
their families. I mean, when they have a family reunion, its a hundred people
or more.
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah.
Woman:
They grew up...most of us worked the ranch growing up...they didnt go to

school. They used to live with their families on ranches in Mexico and they
ate corn.
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah.
Woman:
Now, thats a JUMP for me, but its like I am wondering [chuckling]...well,
granted it was really more than just corn, but they really lived on corn!

Sometimes youll have a tradition, you dont even know WHY you do it, but
you do it, but it is so powerful...so powerful!
Woman:
Yeah, theyve been an inspiration.
Dr. Hew Len:
You have to realize that these folks, todays Hispanics, have a LONG history.
They go back to the Aztec, to the Incas, you talk about a KNOWINGNESS!
But somewhere along the line, something caved and stopped that. It CUT that
light off. So, by you really doing it, you are actually re-establishing that,
because in the Eye of The Divinity, there are no Hispanics, no Blacks, no
Hawaiians like me, only Zero. So, by your willingness to do...to be 100%
responsible, you are going to help every family move. I mean, you can not
believe the tumultuous movement once everybody is willing to be 100%
responsible. Incredible!!! Yes?

What was the name of the Indian tribe that reached the Apex?

Dr. Hew Len:
I am not sure about that. As you are talking, I am hearing somewhere around
Wisconsin, it just came up, but I am not sure. I dont know what kinds of...I
know it when I meditated years ago, thats what the Eye was saying...The
Divinity was saying that ONE of the Indian tribes hit the Apex. So one of the
things that they could do is a LONG time ago, there used to be this
TREMENDOUS redwood forest across our country. One of the things that
they would do to connect is in their mind is, they would mentally walk into a
Redwood tree, and UP they go. That is how they would go. Thats how they
would make the connection. Yeah. We do it the hard way. We plod.
[Chuckling]
You know, How come? Why? Why do I have to...
David:
Didnt the Kahunas have that ability?
Dr. Hew Len:
Yes! The Kahunas had that ability. Particularly the Kahunas...not so much as
the Kahunas today, David, but the Kahunas that came from Lemuria. Now, the
problem with the Kahunas that came from Lemuria is what happens to most
humans, and that is...it GOES TO THEIR HEAD!!! Do you know what I am
talking about? What am I talking about?

Ego. The ego. Memories!

Can you tell me what an ego is? You know, I am a psychologist by trade, but
Ive never seen an ego before.
Audience:
[chuckling]

Yeah.

Memories?

Yeah. So what happens is this memory kicked in saying, I am God. But it

was ALWAYS there.
So you are always having to watch, to make sure that you are cleaning,
because THATS going to come up and say, I AM the person WHO did it!
Boy, that thing will go, WOMP! Itll take you down like nobodys business.
So, I reallywhen I talk to people, I want people to be clear, I dont DO
anything.

Youve been doing all of the cleaning and let The Divinity do, because I dont
know whats going on.
But, incredible what they could do, David. They could, in fact, transport with
their mind anywhere in the Cosmos, ANYWHERE!! It was dangerous! What
happened is they gave it to a few people who misused it and the WHOLE
thing collapsed! Thats why Hawaii has had a huge rift, because everything
just collapsed and thats what will happen to us if we get too big for our pants.
Itll collapse.
Woman:

When you drew a square in the breathing exercise, you just briefly mentioned
the four corners of The Universe.

Male:
Was there anything relevant in there that you may have glossed over? Is there
anything meaningful there that you should tell everybody?
Dr. Hew Len:
Well, what happens is the Four Corners represent the endless beginnings. The
reason that I have to put something on the board is because people can SEE it!
But, when you are doing the breathing it is endless beginnings...nothing
without end! But I have to draw something, otherwise the Intellect will go,
Huh?
Male:
Well, my Intellect is asking, What?
Dr. Hew Len:
[Loud laughing] Yeah, yeah. Thats what I mean. See? Thank you very much.
Female:
As we go through our days, weve learned this from you today and I dont
know if this is a fair statement, but most people that we are going to encounter
will NOT know about this and what...?
Woman:
True.
Female:
I understand that its all about me. Right? So, my goal is to clean me and the
people that I am interacting with. There is a benefit for them, too, from what I

have learned today. Is there a benefit for me to teach this to other people that I
encounter? No.
Dr. Hew Len:
No. Why would you want to teach it if you are the problem? [Pause]
Female:
So...only if I am inspired to do that.
Dr. Hew Len:
AH!!!!
Audience:

Female:
Only if I am Inspired to do that.
Dr. Hew Len:
Oh, yeah, and you have to be REALLY CAREFUL, because if you teach
some things to somebody that is not READY for it, itll come back and
SLAM you in the way that you would not want.
Female:
Okay.
Dr. Hew Len:
Like, for example, how does burning down...I mean, I am not trying to be
threatening, but its incredible what will come back and slam you. Whatever
you put out will come back and get you. If its GOOD stuff, itll double back to
you again, but if its [pause]...oh, yeah.

We want you to get away from this notion that you are here to SAVE people!
This is why when I do a Foundation class, which is DIFFERNET from doing
this, this is another...this is a different way of coming at it, but when we do the
foundation training, we have people SIGN an agreement that says that they
wont teach this. The REASON why I have to tell them that is because its
only about YOU...and people dont get that!
We keep seeking we are here to save somebody elses butt. We CANT! We

cant even save OURS!
Like Hamlet says in Shakespeare, How can you know somebody else when
you dont even know yourself?
But now, as you are doing whatever you are doing and you are Inspired to do
it, I mean, I would do it. But you ought to do this about it being inspired, as
opposed to people needing it, which is where we come from. This is why
when I worked at Hawaii State Hospital, I NEVER taught anybody unless
they ASKED!!
One day I came into the building and they had had a ruckus. This was when I
FIRST STARTED. So, as I was coming in I could hear this yelling and
screaming, then I began the cleaning. Id already DONE the cleaning at home,

but NOW, this is new stuff coming so I am cleaning, cleaning. As I entered

the WARD, it got quieter, more quieter, and more quieter and then what
happened was somebody had picked up a chair and hit one of the staff. I could
hear in my mind, really, I could hear another staff said, Oh, he deserved it!
Yeah!
So, in the END, what I REALLY had to work on was not all so much on
patients, but staff. STAFF!!! If we could get them to CALM DOWN, BE
themselves, the patients would just heal on their own.
So, a friend of mine, I was talking to her on the telephone, because I wanted to
check out something with her. A friend of mine was saying she was...she was
watching this program and I dont knowit was something about a dog
whisperer or something like that, an animal whisperer.
She said, Do you know what I heard this guy say? He said, If an animal is
having problems, I say to the owner, whats going on with you?
Audience:
Um!
Dr. Hew Len:
Wow! He got it!!
David:
Thats pretty good!

Whats going on in YOU that this dog should be sick?
So, when these people from Africa come up and they then were concerned
about their son, I was asking myself that question, Whats going on in ME
that this is occurring?
Not, Whats their problem?
Everybody is PERFECT! Its just the DATA thats imperfect. Anybody else,
before we bring JOE VITALE up?
Audience:
[Chuckling]
Dr. Hew Len:

[Chuckling] Any?

Joe:
I have a question.
Dr. Hew Len:
Oh!
Audience:
[Laughing]
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah?
Joe:
Well, I do! You talked about the...if I got this right, that when somebody dies
if they still have an alive memory in them, that memory or that spirit is stuck
wherever their passage was, like in an Emergency Room. My imagination
was EVERY SINGLE person who dies, has that. Is that correct?
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah. So, if you are looking at [Paper turning]...so, if the person...so, let this
be the person in which she and I were discussing where the mama was taking
the stuff to the grave all of...yeah.
So now, this person...if there is a MEMORY there when this person passes,
this will go, but that person will get left behind. But, now, lets say you are
willing to stay with that and you are cleaning...as SOON as that memory
leaves, when that person goes, all of it goes! But, otherwise, that memory will
ANCHOR the person and the person cant go!

Joe:
But the image I have is that there must be an OVERWHELMING amount of

MEMORIES from that experience alone that are out there.
Dr. Hew Len:
Oh, MOUNTANOUS!!!
Joe:
Thank you for bringing it up!
Dr. Hew Len:
[Chuckling]
Audience:
[Laughing]
Dr. Hew Len:
No, what happens though, Joe, so you have this mountainous memory, but if
you do your cleaning of that memory, thats just ONE sunlight that will come
through and that person can go home. Thats what you are looking for. You
are looking for an opening in which that person can go, but youve got to get
rid of that memory. As soon as that memory goes, [Clap] it opens up and that
person goes.
So this is what I work on a lot and its part of why I am here, is that people
will call me, Mamas sick, Papas sick, somebody is sick, and so I do the
cleaning and I watch with them and counsel it and then, see.

In fact, just today, a good friend of mines son-in-laws father...the father of

the son-in-law had just passed. So thats why I was out there on the
porch...cleaning with that.
Kulavi:
Dr. Hew Len?
Dr. Hew Len:
Yes?
Kulavi:
Just a little something to share because it is the memory that is coming up in

me is that A LOT OF YOU dont BELIEVE that you could do this. My father
died last week and it was a WONDERFUL thing. It was SO wonderful that
my MOM looked like ten years younger instantly! She was smiling and happy
and she came running over to see us. It was SO GREAT!! It was just because
we were cleaning and so that he could just go! That was just little me! Right?
I just want to say one more thing. In that whole vain of what I just...it keeps
coming up, if you just dont BELIEVE that you could DO IT and you just
have to watch back here. Its just so beautiful back here. This guy, I dont
know WHO HE IS, but he is HUGE!! You have to see this little teenie babie
thats no bigger than this bag of chips, controlling his ENTIRE LIFE!! (Shes
referring to Andy Grant holding his 3 month old baby girl that attended the
Zero Limits Retreat).

Its WONDERFUL and THATS YOU! Right? Thats what YOU can DO!!
You are just that little baby that could just do it all. Thats all.

Can you SHARE with them, since you are courageous now. Can you folks
share with them what...that experience that you had with the clients that you
had that usually went off where that plane went down? Would you be willing
to do that?
Kulavi:
We....
Dr. Hew Len:
Can you STAND UP so that they can see you and we can do our cleaning?
Yeah.

Kulavi:
Here I am. We own a business in Boston on Hickory Street and we told this
story at Joe Vitales thing last year. We deal with a type of clientele thats
INCREDIBLY wealthy. A lot of them, for some reason or another would have
been in those...either in the buildings or on the planes at 9-11. Like, for
example, we have a client that took that Tuesday flight every single Tuesday,
had a zillion frequent flyer miles. Its just what he did and that morning his
secretary broke the window.
We had clients that were supposed to be in that building, but the car service
didnt pick them up or whatever it was. However it turned out is that anybody
that was connected with our business wasnt there on....
Dr. Hew Len:
How many of those would you say?
Kulavi:
I think it was seventeen or nineteen.
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah. [Pause]
Seventeen or nineteen people would have gone and crashed or would have
been down in the building. So, thank you, Kulavi.

So, Om, can you tell us what you folks particularly DID that shes talking
about? Can you stand up so that we can see you, please? This is Om.
Om:
Hi, guys.
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah.
Om:
Prior to that, I ordered a bunch...will you be speaking about this? A bunch of

CEEPORT cards, theyll probably discuss that tomorrow. I had a bunch of
them, you know, they came in the mail. I took the cards and I said, Okay, this
is great, they came today. I put them down on my desk and went home...went
home for the day.
The next day I came in, I unlocked my office door, came in and went, Where
are the cards? Where are the cards?
I had no idea where the cards went! As all the things transpired, 9-11
happened and everybodys running into our business.
Kulavi:
Everybody came to work.
Om:
Everybody CAME INTO the business!

Into the city.
Om:
Just to sit there and sit in the studio. So, everyone is running around and, you
know, obviously she has that shared memory. So, about a day or two later, I
went to look for the cards. I thought they were somewhere and they were
gone. It was the exact number of cards that I ordered, was the exact number of
people that did not die!
Woman:
Ah!
Om:
I NEVER saw the cards again.
We can put all the MAGICAL things to say, Oo, they evaporated.
I have NO IDEA where they went! Never found them. But, the CLIENTS, the
clients never knew! Our clients DO NOT KNOW we do this stuff. They have
NO IDEA about that.
Kulavi:
No idea.
Om:
They have no idea. They have no idea that we are in Austin. They have no
idea...we just DO this. So, its not like we put this power of suggestion on

anybody, or have these magical cards and we are all protected. They knew
nothing about it!
So, when they came in and theyd tell us their stories and wed do this. Well,
we try our best, not to go, Uh-huh!
Audience:
[Laughing]
Om:
We just sit there and they ALL go on their way and they all go home, and the
other guy and I will do this, That was pretty good, wasnt it?
Audience:
[Laughing]
Om:
But, no, thats exactly what happened!
Dr. Hew Len:
Tell us a little bit...give us kind of a short...of each one of them. Like, what do
they do, investment, banker, what are they?
Om:
Oh! Some of them own the credit cards in your pocket, you
know...everything...you name it!

They own all the malls that you go into.

Yeah! They own the malls. They own credit cards. Yes. Do they own...???
Yes, they own it.
Kulavi:
Yes, they do.
Om:
Financial services, everything from financial services....
Dr. Hew Len:
Now, I want to make a point to you. This is SO important! Even with ALL of
your money, this could NOT have been prevented. You would have gone
down in an airplane. You would have died, without them doing their cleaning.
Thats the power of this cleaning! In other words, your money wont do,
excuse my language, doo doo for you! It WONT prevent you from having a
cancer...but the CLEANING!!! If you are willing...somebody, so they are
fortunate to be doing business with THESE folks, because theses folks
CLEAN. You are talking about billions...hundreds of billions of dollars worth
of people who would have gone, Pft, who didnt do that.
Kulavi:
The clients that DONT DO THAT, they arent...because we have this HUGE
range. The BEAUTIFUL thing, too, is that they FIND what they are supposed
to do. You know when you run into life, you go into the sandwich store and
the guy who LOVES making the sandwich gives you the BEST sandwich
ever? Thats SO GREAT, like what theyre adding, what they add to your life

when they have made the best sandwich and you get that best sandwich, thats
what happens!
Like we have people that were in financial services and now they are running
wineries or they are.... that used to freak me out, because Id be like, Okay, I
am doing this cleaning and then they disappear to go do something else, and
I am losing a client. Then...you know, right?
NOW, okay, they leave and like six more people walk in the door or they
leave and I am all in a tizzy because I want my certain staff member to be a
certain way and if I could just SHUT UP and do this, then that staff member
leaves and then two incredible ones walk in the door! Then, you know what? I
DONT HAVE TO WORK!! All I am supposed to do is CLEAN!!! Then,
THEY do whatever they are supposed to do. They be whoever they are
supposed to be. They hear from this big mouth of mine whatever they are
supposed to hear. If I could drink the water or breathe or eat corn
chipswhich I LOVE!
Audience:

Kulavi:
Its really very important!

So, excuse me, like I see my friend Mabel wrote a book, its called..... Mabel,
whats the name of the book?
Mabel:
The Easiest Way.
Dr. Hew Len:
Yeah. It can be The Easiest Way when you are Zero, INCREDIBLE things! I
had a woman in...I should say a man...I had a man in Calla Botha who said to
me in the middle [Laughing] of class...there was eighty something people.
He said, It must be BORING to be at Zero.
Male:
[Laughing]
Dr. Hew Len:
You see, obviously she has NEVER been at Zero. Because ONCE you go in
Zero, you have these INCREDIBLE occurrences and thats what YOU can
do!
When you CLEAN, thats what it will do for the carpet, the table, the glasses,
the people who SERVE you; they have more ZEST to them when you are
CARING for yourself. The people who SERVE you like the sandwich person,
will be more caring, because YOU are.

It ALL BEGINS WITH YOU!!!
PEACE BEGINS WITH ME and nowhere else, and you cant figure it out.
You cant say, Well, but if I did this... No! Its all bull shit stuff. You are
either IN or you are out.
All of these processes that we are teaching you, like this and the water is to
put you IN, to let it all happen and you can be along for the ride, instead of
being left behind in poverty. The money wont DO it. You wont be HAPPY
to have more money. I have a client who probably is the third or fourth richest
person. I mean he OWNS ALL kinds of stuff. So...but, hes a neat guy
because he doesnt ask, How come or why?
He says, Okay, heres what is going on. Ive got this trip, Ive got this visit.
He owns part of the San Francisco giants. He says, Okay, can we just ask?
We sit down and we ask. I tell you, he pays us six thousand dollars a month
and we only see him...itll be over the telephone half-an-hour, every Tuesday,
because he is getting HIS VALUES WORTH!! Hes FINDING OUT how it
REALLY WORKS to be at Zero. Its INCREDIBLE what hes done now.

Hes done things in Hawaii that Hawaiians have NEVER done before! In fact,
they MOCK him! Do you know who when you begin to MOVE with
BRAND NEW IDEAS you are going to have a reaction?
Thats why I am saying to my friend Vitale over there. This thing is going to
come up! You are going to have a Tsunami! But, you can NOW work on it!
So the fact that you all are coming to do the cleaning for yourself, it will help
this project with Joe! [Pause]
We WANT you to be DOUBTFUL! We get to CLEAN with that!! WE

WANT you to ask a lot of question! We get to clean with that.
So, any questions before we end? Joseph? [Chuckling] Anybody?
Joseph, can you tell us when is the meal?
Joe:
The meal is at 6:00 p.m., if I am correct. Its where we had the dinner last
night in the other building. Let me make a couple of announcements...

Sure.

...since youve given me the floor here. So the dinner is at 6:00 p.m. over
there. Also, somebody has a Lincoln, a white Lincoln town car parked real

close to the sidewalk. They cant wheel in their dollies over here to re-fill the
drinks. So, if whoever is parking there, just back off a little bit.
Also, if you are needing to go to the airport tomorrow, if youd called a

Shuttle [paper rattling], the Future Shuttle or something like that, if you are
like the rest of us in hotels, we dont have to call a bunch of them maybe
everybody could go on the same shuttle.
We start tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.
Woman:

Female:
I just wanted to ask about to when you say, I love you. I noticed sometimes
Ill feel like I am in a place where I love you and the rest doesnt necessarily
want to come, but it feels clear and then sometimes it comes. So, I was just
curious. Do you...is it something that you have to say in a sequence? No.

No. [Pause] You know the power of love is ENORMOUS, particularly what
would be helpful to you...as you are talking to me, would be helpful to
everybody if they would pay MUCH MORE ATTENTION to MOTHER
EARTH!! Because they LIVE on Mother Earth!! If Mother Earth goes
haywire, which is what happens when we drill into her, we mine her, nobody
says, Thank you!
So, for me, one of the things that I pay attention to is I talk to Mother Earth, I
love you. If I have offended you in any way, I am really sorry, particularly at
airports. I mean [chuckling] I TALK to the runway because, boy, I tell
you...CRAZY things happen on runways! So, I am ALWAYS TALKING to
the land, which is what the Indians had.
If you were to look at the Indian culture, not the Hawaiians, but the Indian
culture, the LAND was SO SACRED! We dont treat the Earth like this! We
drive over it, but we do...I dont know how many of you... For example, I
LOVE driving in Los Angeles. I mean, 101 is CRAZY!! 405 is CRAZY! But
BEFORE I GET on it, I talk to the highways and I say, I love you! If you feel
unloved and uncared by any one, I am sorry. So I DO my talking BEFORE I
get on, because I very seldom drive. I think I have a car thats almost seven
years old thats got only thirty thousand miles or something. So, I am always
talking to THOSE parts of us in which people have been REALLY nasty. We

are nasty to highways in Los Angeles.
Its too crowded! [Grumbling] Well, the poor highway feels unloved and
uncared for!
But if you are WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME to...I just ZIP ALONG. I
dont know, its like something magical happening. I could be crowded, ZIP
along and I mean, the car ITSELF will FIND where to go! I dont do
anything. I am just in the car, put my hand on the wheel, and the car will do it!
Female:
[Chuckling]
Dr. Hew Len:
Yep! As opposed to me trying to figure out where to go, the car will do it on
its own. The car has an identity of its own! So, I always talk to my car.
Before I go I say, Okay! You are the driver! I just happen to be behind the
wheel so we dont look goofy!

Can you imagine if I had my hands in my pockets and then...? So, off we go!
So, the car knows what it wants to do. It has a knowingness and as long as we
have...the highways see a love and concern and cared for by us, it just
OPENS. I have never had any problems with the highways. Yeah.
So, if you have a block, you say, I love you. I love you. [Chuckling] As
opposed to, Oo, Im going to be late. Oh, my God! I mean, its letting go.
Because its not the highway, right? Its YOU!! You show up with your stuff.

I just want...I just want, before we go I would like to...if you dont mind, just
close your eyes and we are just going to kind of like be silent for just a few
seconds and just let it ALL come together, just come together VERY
SLOWLY whatever we are carrying, so when we leave it will just kind of slip
away into nothingness.

where you literally KILL people. I mean, so...if you have heart problems in
your family, it has to do with what he is going to talk about. If you have
diabetes, if you have back problems, its what he is going to talk about. So,
you should be paying attention in terms of cleaning, because you have no idea
whats going on. You should know that [chuckling] the real problem is that
we dont know that we dont know.
You know some of you, sorry about this, you are not going to get this until

I had him...he was talking to me as I went by him and we sort of kind of

chatted and I thought, Wow! That would be interesting to have him.

One of my missions in this life is to learn how to USE all of my unbelievably

high quality rage WELL, because I seem to have so much of it and itd be a
shame to waste it. But,.... [Chuckle]

...this morning I woke up at a quarter till two and started all of these EVENTS
in my life of when Id really been angry and had raged and such. Its not just
angry. Its really raging to different people and there are just SO many
instances. I mean, thats to say to them, [Inaudible and spoken VERY FAST]
Ill be someone just for about [Inaudible and spoken VERY FAST]...I wont
raise my voice TOO MUCH, I will just.... But, thats just...you know...so this
morning, just ONE after another after another. So I was up since two
cleansing and cleansing and cleansing and its AMAZING how when you
cleanse its that OTHER person who shifts in ME! Its just been an
AWESOME experience this morning.
Then, I was thinking about it and so I ran into the good Dr. Hew Len and I
was telling him a little about my BACKGROUND. My mother and her
mother both were RAGING direct, mother descendant Irish and really, really

raging. My grandmother raged on...my mothers mother raged on HER I

know because I was around enough and she was around enough to rage on me
as well.
So, my mother raged on me until she was taken away when I was seven, taken
away crazy. Then, my FATHERS MOTHER came and she was also one
hundred percent direct mothers lineage descendant of Irish, FULL of RAGE.
Her rage goes to whatever the excuse was her father, her husband died and da,
da, da. So, SHE RAGED at me from...you know. So, I was VERY GOOD at
doing academics and things and what. I had a career and the career was quite
successful in lots of ways.
My PERSONAL life was a little more ROCKY because of my rage issues

with my mother and my second mother. But the interesting thing about my
PROFESSIONAL life is that I would do these different things, get these teams
together, get them going in good directions, give them a lot of help and of
course theyd do REALLY, REALLY DUMB things.
My typical mistake was expect them to do MORE than they could, give them
MORE resources than they knew how to handle, give them tasks and
opportunities that were BIGGER than they knew how to handle. They
wouldnt handle it and then I would, of course, be VERY...me and my
partners, but I would certainly LEAD IT. I would very happily LEAD the

charge, being very upset with it RAGING at them. Of course, they would
come around and this is just one of the examples....

Can we STOP for a minute? I want to REMIND you folks that this room is
going to go BUGGY! If you are going to set up any computers, then you
should do that before you come into the room!

So, I want to acknowledge the CLEANSING PROCESS has helped a lot as I

go back to those different TEAMS that I really RAGED ON and start trying to
CLEANSE them. I have a lot more to do, but it is AWESOME to ME how
much ENERGY there is in rage, how much energy I have expended in SO
MANY different places. I LOOK FORWARD to learning how to use all of
that beautiful energy BEAUTIFULLY rather than RAGING AT other people.
But I have...theres not enough time for me to tell you ALL of the different
times that I have raged at how many different business situations, how many
different persons, how many I...did my CHILDREN. You know, but I have
lots and lots to clean up.
I DEEPLY APPRECIATE the good doctor for helping me have a BETTER

WAY of CLEANING it. I have been through lots of therapy systems, because
I was in a position to do it, so Ive tried lots and lots of therapy systems and I
am DEEPLY GRATEFUL for being here because THIS WORKS BETTER!
So, I NOW look FORWARD to using my rage energy in a high quality
positive way and boy, do I have a lot of clean up to do, so...a million times.

to let go of, you know, stuff! Without the Irish, if you look at the history of

that so that you were able to get that. But without them, it would have been

doing all of the body therapies, all of those other things, so Ive loosened a
LOT of that up in...so it flows a LITTLE more easy.

I could just feel the PURE RAGE ENERGY. I could just feel ME raging at
those other people and I could REALLY FEEL how much that I really had it
and even having it, how much I was REPRESSING IT, even as I was raging
at them. I am literally...I was actually showing it.

But what he doesnt realize is that you dont SEE, and this is why I am saying
that you want to talk to God, is that hes going to go KAPUT. As he is talking
to me, I am doing my cleaning. I can see all of the dust come off of his heart!
Now, would HE be aware of it? Hell no! He wouldnt be aware of it!!

My family dies...one of the MAJOR WAYS the men in my family is

Congestive Heart Failure, and women, Congestive Heart Failure.

So its better that you can PREVENT it, so that you dont have these
MASSIVE heart attacks. You dont use, I mean, so thats what he was UP to.
So as I watch him, its ANCIENT stuff. It goes back thousands and thousands
of years! I would like for you to tell them that. So, what is your ancestral line?

Yeah, when I try to understand this...we all go train to back, back, back, and
so when I go in regression stuff, I am DEFINITELY one of the most of the
ones in the groups that came over and raped and pillaged all over and became
that whole team. Then became the Western Europeans, and the French that
went over and did England again, and I was part of that group. Then, the ones
who came over here and took this land away from the natives, the Native
Americans, I was DEFINITELY a part of all of that. So I have
GENERATIONS!!! When he does the generations back there? [Chchchchch!]
I am ALL of that, all throughout that raging. Yes?

This has been very helpful to ME. I am not really..I mean its through
constantly raging...but, I grew up in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. My parents and
all were always telling me about how the HISTORY of Irish RAGING on the
Blacks.

This was well known. We talked about moving the gang to New York. In fact,
one of them claims that Irish got jobs plus two, rage and pillage black people
and chase them off of their corn.

teenage friends would go on pillages into the WHITE community and look for

on reactive rages and we would catch Irish people. We would go into THEIR
communities and beat them up. So, it was a CYCLE. I didnt understand. You

...I was raised in the South, originally, first eighteen years in Mississippi, my
family really well. There were parts of it though that WERE good and there
were...the BLACK community was unbelievable, because I didnt have a
mother. So, the black community was unbelievably good in HELPING RAISE
ME! I can remember the people, Mary Black, was just an UNBELIEVABLE
POWERFUL woman who helped raise me and I have DEEP appreciation for
that. The spiritual breath and depth of that community that could stand in front
of that raging grandmother of mine and still take care of us kids. So....

I would like to run what kind of cleansing that you were/are doing. You woke
up at two in the morning and youve got all of this rage, did you do what you
learned yesterday with I love you?

Oh, I got/read The Performer, two of the nights, but I appreciate your part of
it, which is, I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me, and thats I am sorry
for forgetting how much you love me, God. Your part to that that I didnt

I raged at. But I am doing it with God first, because its ALWAYS the first

Joes...the book is all about. Youve GOT it! Its now getting rid of the crutch
so that you can get it, your daily bread. But, its HORRENDOUS what we
carry in our souls and that we dont know. I mean, the HATRED is
horrendous. You want to ask him. Yeah?

You know, I just decided to share this. I am Jewish and had a lot of ancestors
that died in the Holocaust. My mother, lived over in France, and she...they
fled. She was about five and they had called family in Czechoslovakia to see
if they could move there. The family there was like, No, dont come here. Its
bad. So they left and they went to the West Indies and so theres a lot... My
Mom when she was like five would stand in the lines to get food and water
and to get up to the front of the line there would be nothing left. My
grandfather had gone to New York to get work, so it was like there was a lot
of lack. Thats what my mom...when she got a bag of cookies shed eat the
whole bag because she wanted to make sure that she had something to eat. So
there was a lack. There was slaughter, death, and thats what that is bringing
up for me right now and I didnt now how much it really affected me. I wasnt
THERE, but I have heard about it.

What you have to, again, be willing to do is take 100% responsibility because
you CAN NOT have a problem unless you came in with it. You CAN NOT
have that problem! The DATA...you BROUGHT IN THE DATA, the
information and if you dont clean...THATS WHY YOU ARE HERE!! God
says, Hey! I am going to give you one more chance! Come on in!! So you
come on in and you go, Huh? You are mad, [chuckling] angry, but you are
here to clean it up so you can be God! You can be PEACE! This is a tough
way to go, but its only YOU! Its ONLY in YOU [Clap] and thats a hard
pitch, because most of the time, youll get pissed off. Yes, Bruce?

My middle name is McLeod and I know something about rage. The family I
married into is a very loving family. Even for people who havent really been

rage is enough to imbalance a LARGE group of people. You dont have to

KILLER RAGE...or, to be consumed with it. Just ONE DROP is enough to

make people think that you are yelling at them when you are not, or that you
are a physical threat, or that you mean harm, even if you dont. I didnt really
UNDERSTAND the ancestral connection, but my ancestors are from the outer
perimeters and every DAY they had to defend their shores from being
which the Irish and everybody else had decided they wanted part of Scotlands
land. So, I suspected that they slept in their battle gear, the kilts, etc. Anyway,
bringing it back to the present, I know from my family, my birth family, that
you didnt have POWER if you didnt have rage. I can remember a time in my
life where I had to look for people to be unfair or thoughtless or a little stingy
or just any kind of little minor violations so that I could RELEASE my rage
on them, so that I could POUNCE [clap], so that I could...its like I could
CRUSH THEM...

...and thats AFFECTED ALL the relationships that I have had my WHOLE
LIFE! One of the things that is very apparent, even before today, is that tribe
wants to banish you when you are like that. Youll end up dying lonely...alone

rage, something in you triggered that. So why not be able to become Zero, so
he wont be mad!

pushed, he is going to get mad. But if you come from Zero to begin with, you
are always at Zero, he CANT get mad!!! He CANT!!!
Its SO IMPORTANT for YOU, as a being to be yourself, as God created

you! Perfect...because if you come in perfect, he can not get mad! But if you
come in unknowingly, like the song says, Psalm 19:12, There are hidden
things that we come into the room with, and its going to TRIGGER [clap]
people! You keep thinking its THEM!!! But, if you come in FREE and
CLEAR, WOW!!! You will see God in the presence of that person...God.
I dont want to handle any more. I want to STAY WITH THIS and I want you
to really clean at it, because YOU ARE...if you would come in as God would
come in, the room would go...would be PERFECT! You CANT GRASP
this!! Some of you are trying to have questions. You cant do it. You cant
explain it away. It CAN NOT be explained away! You are either Zero [clap]
or you are NOT [clap]!
You try to explain it. The other person will go, Yeah....
Thats what therapy is about! Explaining things!!! It doesnt work, because

the THERAPIST is the one thats the problem!!

This is why when I worked at Hawaii State Hospital, I mean, I would come in
days the place was JUST CRAZY.
Id go, Oh, God. I thought...heres my thinking, Didnt I clean on that

Well, the place is STILL crazy, because I was willing to say, Okay,
something is going on, and I WORKED only on MYSELF the room would
quiet down.
It only got CRAZY, because I showed UP with stuff! Then, youve GOT TO
GET THAT ONE!!! Its not your boss! Its not anybody. Its just a memory.

Part of it what is going on, is when he is bold enough to stand up here and
talk about the RAGE and then we have some other people talking about the
rage, there is a lot of energy being released AS WE CLEAN!! I am doing the
cleansing as I am hearing about this, because MY FAMILY goes all the way
back to ancient Rome who tried to conquer the entire planet!

So, I wasnt really THINKING about that, but because IT CAME UP, boy I
got all kind of energy going through me. I see this room trying to HEAL us. I
see it ALIVE with energy. Part of it began, even before yesterday morning,
because he and I came here several times before this event ever STARTED to
check out the room to see if the room would allow us to come in. He began
yesterday by talking about the Sacredness of this room.
He spent A LOT OF TIME talking about that, to the extent that I thought,
Why is he talking SO MUCH about the room?
Because this ROOM is helping US CLEANSE! Part of the reason that it was
set up to help us cleanse is because of THIS spiritual man who was
responsible for BUILDING it (Joe is referring to the owner of The Vintage
Villas who attended the entire Zero Limits event). HIS ENERGY is IN THIS

whole room is alive and some of us are feeling it on a physical level.
Some of us are just thinking like, Wow! Im feeling the buzz, not knowing

We have a guest speaker which I think is appropriate to bring her up at this

point. Let me introduce her real quick. I LOVE her book. Its called The
Easiest Way. It was one of my first introductions to Hooponopono. When I
first heard about the unusual therapist and I was trying to FIND him, I heard
that there was like ONE little book that was like a kindergarten introduction to
this whole process and it came as close as possible to explaining that you are
100% responsible for everything that is going on.

Its great to be here and being able to share with you. Somebody asked me the
other night how long I had been doing Hooponopono. I just realized that its
been TEN years! So, I was one of those people that used to go a lot of
seminars and thinking when I woke up I wanted to KNOW it ALL. I saw so
much drama.
I am thinking of this because my mother did this to me and my father said that
to me, I said, There HAS to be an easiest and fastest way.
I kept looking til I got to Hooponopono. I had to take Hooponopono a

couple of times, REVIEW...REVIEW it a couple of times to REALLY
REALIZE that THATS what I was looking for. Because, this is about no
gurus, you know? You are your own world. Youve got your own answers.

You can resolve...all the solutions are inside of you. There is nobody out there
that knows MORE than you. For me, it was a discovery because we all look
for freedom, we all look for happiness, but we look in the wrong places and
we ask the wrong questions.
So, I have to tell you HOW I WOKE UP. I was one of those people that
thought that happiness was in the material things so I was in the race, so when
I am going to have THAT house THEN Ill be happy. Im going to have that
car....then Ill be.... When I have THAT husband, THEN Ill be happy.
Audience:

Mabel:
Then you HAVE all of that and you are NOT happy and you keep looking.
So, I had a lot of rage. Actually I shared that and I played it along with my
older son. One day he talked to me the same way that I used to talk to HIM
and he woke me up.
Actually, I looked at him and his size, I didnt say anything, but I TOLD
myself, Mabel, you have to do SOMETHING about it!
Thats when I started taking all of these seminars and I...I think one of my first
classes was Yoga. At the end of the class, the teacher would tell us to
VISUALIZE something, to imagine that something that we wanted was

already happening. For me, it happened that SAME day, that same afternoon
and that really made me think.
It could be that we are so powerful that whatever we feel, whatever we

imagine that we can really manifest. So, thats how my journey started.
I LOVE this, because I am still an accountant. Now, instead of the RADIO

show, I have a TV show. I share this with the Latino community every day,
Monday through Friday at 6:00 a.m., every morning. I tell them that now they
have a CHOICE to wake up with GOOD NEWS or bad news. The idea is to
realize the POWER we have to CHANGE OUR LIFE without depending on
ANYBODY or anything outside ourselves. Again, realizing that, it gave ME a
lot of freedom. SomethingI have so many things to tell you. In ten years, I
have so many anecdotes and things that happened to me and my family. I am
going to pick and choose.
I know Ihaleakala ALWAYS wants me to tell you because I am still working

as an accountant and I practice this with my clients, but especially on tax
audits.

I prepare taxes, but I also represent people in tax audits and sometimes I dont
believe the results that I get. My clients are still waiting for their bills to come
in.
I say, No, I told you, no change!
But, you know the secret? The secret is to keep your mouth shut! [Chuckle]

Because, see, our eternity that we talkif we didnt talk we didnt have that
many problems and we arethe problem is that we talk! Especiallywe
come from that we think that we KNOW and we dont know anything!
So, the MOST unbelievable thing is when you get out of your own way
[chuckle]; because, we ARE our worst obstacles in our way! So when you
keep your mouth shut and you are willing to repeat, Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you! I LOVE you! or ANY of these tools, its AMAZING how people
will transform in front of you. People that you NEVER thought possible will
REACT differently or you never know where its going to come from or
WHO its going to come from.

I see it in my kids. I have a storyespecially for the Latino mother that I was,
the one leaving the house because my husband wanted to stay with the kids.
Now, they are twenty-three and nineteen and, you know, we are best friends!
My oldest son calls me every day to say, I know you are busy, but I just
wanted to tell you, I love you!
So, isnt that what we want? You know that the best time to talk to our kids is
when they sleep? Because they dont...the subconscious never sleeps.
So, whenever, you know, Have fun with so-and-so, and that works with best
friends, too. [Chuckling]

Okay, when they sleep, you are just going to say, I love you! Thank you! I
am grateful you are in my life! Thats really miracles.
Ihaleakala, any special story?

Mabel:
Oh! Well, no, its wasnt my mother, actually, but it was in Argentina. I am
originally from Argentina.
We went with Ihaleakala to present Hooponopono in Buenos Aires. At one of

the...I receive an email later on and a person tells me that the Solar Water
saved my mothers life!
She tells me the story that she shared with her mother about the process of the
Solar Water. Her mother felt inspired to prepare it. She put a little bit on the
bathtub and she took a bath before going on a walk with some friends. So, she
said that they got caught into a robbery and there were gunshots. So her
friends kind of tend to drop on the floor and she STOOD up there. She said
that there was SOMETHING AROUND HER like she couldnt really
describe. But, actually, her friends got hurt. One of the bullets touched her, but
it didnt even leave a mark.
She said [in hushed tones], It HAD to be the Solar Water. It HAD to be the
Solar Water.
Audience:
[Laughing]
Mabel:
So, was it the Solar Water? We dont know, but like anything you look at
results and you know, I always tell people, If it feels good here...I mean, this

is going to go crazy with this stuff. There is no way the Intellect can grab this,
but IF YOU REALLY get in your heart that maybe it doesnt cost...Hey, I try
it. I mean, you are going to love it!
One of my first BIGGEST STORIES I think it was, when I SEPARATED I

went to rent a place.
A friend of mine said, Why dont we move in together so we can afford a

better or nicer place?
So, we find this beautiful place. It was unbelievable that we were able to rent
it. We qualified because of the two incomes at that time.
One day, I think, before signing the lease contract, she says, I changed my
mind. Im going to leave to Arizona.
The FIRST thing you say is like, What am I going to do? All of these things
come into your mind, but by Inspiration, I got to call the realtor. I started with
my cleaning, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I called the realtor and
asked her to put the contract under my name.
She said, Yes.

You know, like two or three months later, so much work had started coming
in my way, that I think it was two months later that I realized that I could
afford that place all on my own.
Then, nine months later, the owner calls me and says, Mabel, I know you
LOVE this place, but I am going to SELL it! I am giving you priority, but
otherwise you will have to move!
So, I said, Look, I LOVE this place, but I dont have the money for a down
payment. There is no way I can qualify for a loan.
I said, Well, you know? What I know is how to clean. I am going to do my

cleaning and if this is the right place, God will give me the loan, because I
cant!
You know, I can give you a WHOLE class about qualifying for a loan as an
accountant.
Audience:
[Laughing]
Mabel:
So I said, There is NO WAY!
Audience:
[Laughing]

Mabel:
There is NO WAY! I could have a LOT of degrees and I could be very

smart, but I can NOT get myself THIS loan! So, anyway, I have to tell you, I
had a lot of cleaning to do, TRUSTING that if that was the RIGHT place, it
would happen and if not, it wasnt.
Actually, the lease contract expired and it was like, one of us would say,
Hey! Did you read this? Expiring!!
So, anyway, it actually expired and I said, Well, I have to call the owner and
TELL HIM! You know, I can not just go on IGNORING this.
So, I called him, Thank you. Thank you. I love you. I love you, BEFORE I
called, WHILE I am talking to him, AFTER I hung up.
I said, Ken, you know, I LOVE this place and I WANT to buy it, but I didnt
get the loan yet.
He says, You know, Mabel, this is not a very good time to put it in the
market, anyway. So, just prepare an extension of the contract and fax it and
Ill sign it.

Do you THINK that I would have THOUGHT of that? I would have thought
only of going CRYING, Please, HELP ME.
Audience:
[Chuckling]
Mabel:
Give me another CHANCE!
Do you understand what I mean? Those are the things that only God can do.
So, only I said, I did not get it.
Guess what? A couple of, I dont know, months later or less I HAD the loan
and the person who GOT it for me actually called ME to let me know that he
could HELP me. Those kinds of things is only when we get out of our own
way and we realize that we dont know anything and then we do the cleaning.
I used to tell my two teenage boys, where the mother went a little bit nuts
practicing some Hawaiian crazy stuff.
I used to tell my son, my little one, I said, You know, I KNOW that I talk
about weird things, but THEY WORK!!

He said, Yeah, Mom! They WORK, because remember you told me what to
do when I was having problems at school? Now I get along well with all of
my TEACHERS! How did that happen?
I dont know! [Chuckle]
So, anyway, any questions?
Joe:
Are you doing the four phrases or you doing something besides, I love you. I
am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you?
Mabel:
No, I just do, I love you, only or, Thank you. It WILL WORK!! They are
like SHORT CUTS. So, BASICALLY what we need to do is what we are
DOING. Whatever YOU DO, what you are doing is taking 100%
responsibility. I am sorry. Please forgive me for whatever is in ME that has
created this. But actually, just saying, Thank you, or, I love you, it will
WORK!
Joe:
Are you doing it round the clock, non-stop, twenty-four hours?
Mabel:
Well, as much as I can, because I still react. I still have opinions [chuckling]
and judgments.

A lot of times I catch myself not cleaning, but as SOON as I catch myself I go
back to the cleaning because I know that its the ONLY thing that works!
Joe:
Do you feel that you are cleaning during the night, because you do it SO
MUCH during the day, is your subconscious mind picking up the, I love
you, and just carrying it through the night?
Mabel:
I find myself many times waking up KNOWING that I was doing the
cleaning.
MANY times when I wake up and I remember the dream and I said, OH! I
wonder if I was cleaning? Ill go, Was I cleaning?
Joe:
Thats interesting!
Mabel:
But it REALLY I think, yeah, I think it will go in automatic. If you

REALLY...something that I have learned also is that its very important to
ride one horse. You know, your subconscious got kind of confused.
A problem comes in and says, What do we do now? What technique do we

use?

So when you really are true, when you find really what works for you, I
always tell people, You just have to do what works for you and THAT only
YOU know!
In MY CASE, I find myself a lot of times, even when I react...when I

BLAME, my feeling is that the cleaning is still going, its still going, its still
going.
Joe:
Have you cleaned with the IRS?
Mabel:
Well, I use a lot of these things when I go to the IRS, okay?
Audience:
[Laughing]
Mabel:
I might go... You know, some of the IRS desks have some one of these in
sticker [Chuckling] form, so one of those agents has some CEEPORTS on
their desk now.
Joe:
So, you snuck and put one under?
Mabel:
Yeah! [Laughing]

Yeah! I am just doing my cleaning! [Chuckling]

Mabel:
Its not...I have to tell you, I USUALLY get...I have many cases to tell you,
but there WAS one that there was this BIG lady and she was SO TOUGH, so
tough! So, I kept cleaning and cleaning. The second time I have to meet with
her. The second time I have to meet with her, the second time, I go the
second time she ACCEPTS any deductions that I bring her, they werent
actually personal.
There was a real estate broker that actually did some home repairs on her own
house that I said, Well you know what she does is she does a lot of work in
some houses so that she can sell it better.
Well, anyway, the first time she told me, Hey! My mother is a real estate
broker, I KNOW what kind of expenses a real estate broker can have.
The second time she would accept everything and at the very end when she
showed me the thing to see if I agree or something, she told me, I need to

congratulate you for your professionalism she said. She says, I know you
are here defending your clients rights.
But anyway, this was a case actually that I was representing for a client of a
CPA office. I am not so shaded. I have my own practice, but sometimes I
HELP in this CPA office and it actually was a client of them. So, they
were...we KNEW she was going to owe money. There wasnt ANY way. I
mean, I dont know, she made $100,000 to tell you a number and she kind of
had $90,000 deductions. So, it wasnt reasonable at all and there wasnt any
way. We knew that we would end with a bill.
But, one of the partners talks to the client and says, Well, you know, you can
really get hit with fraud penalties and those are very, very high, but that will
depend on the relationship that Mabel establishes with the auditor.
Look at the responsibility! But, you know, with the CLEANING you can do
ANYTHING!!! I wasnt scared at ALL! That didnt scare me at all! Anyway,
when she shows me the bill, the FIRST thing I looked [chuckling] is penalties.
Do you know how much penalty she got? Zero!

No penalty! So, but again, I know its not ME! I know its not me, just the
cleaning and allowing these things to happen.
I always said, Look. I am from Argentina. I am Jewish. I am an accountant.
I mean, I have it all of people who thinks that we are superior, we are The
Chosen One, we KNOW. [Chuckling] So, if I was able to LET GO,
especially of thinking, anybody can do it. This really works for everybody.
Actually for those that have sometimes problems with LETTING GO, because
we need to CONTROL, I brought you a poem that somebody shared with us
many years ago. It says:
Giving up is merely quitting. Letting go is sweet release.
Giving up is cries of anguish. Letting go is perfect peace.
Giving up is hard and heavy. Letting go is loose and light.
Giving up is simply failure. Letting go, success in sight.
Letting go I train my blueprint for a perfect pure design.
Giving up is very human. Letting go is most Divine.
Giving up is death at sundown. Letting go, the Rising Sun.
Giving up is there, its over. Letting go, Ive just begun.
