The Grade 3 Times

Novembers Newsletter
A Note from the Teacher
Assalamu Alaikum! Dear Parents/ Guardians,
Masha Allah the month of November went by very
smoothly in Grade 3B. The highlight of the month was
the Scientist in School Workshop, which was a very
hands on and informative learning opportunity for the
students.
As you know, the month of December is a shorter
one as the students will be in school for only 3 weeks.
Regular curriculum will continue over this month,
however if you are planning to leave a little early for
the winter holidays, please inform me so that your child
can take any scheduled tests prior to their departure.
Towards the end of the month, the school will be
having a French Assembly and would like to invite you
all to be a part of your childs French experience. The
class has been working very hard to prepare for this
day. I hope to see you all there, Insha Allah.
I would also appreciate it if you could continue
reviewing your childs language and math work with
them on a weekly basis. With your involvement, your
child will have a smoother transition when it comes to
writing their E.Q.A.O. test. With your participation, your
child will also improve on their numeracy and literacy
skills.
Be sure to check out our classs website below:
www.shezz3b201415.weebly.com
Here, you will find photos of students participating in a
range of activities, along with other information about
E.Q.A.O and the curriculum. There are also curriculum
links and games that students can access for extra
assistance in specific subjects. Both you and your child
can feel free to leave a comment on the website.
I want to take the time to wish all the students and
their families a very happy holiday and will see
everyone in the New Year, Insha Allah.
Sincerely,
Br. Shehzad
