EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this work a complete human resource Audit is made based on garment industry. This
Human Resource Audit is done on Renaissance Group. Before doing this work several visit
was done to their head office in Gulshan as well as their factories from there we collected
many information for this project. With the help of several visit and all the information we
collected helped us to create a complete Human Resource Audit.
We began the audit by shedding some light on the company on which we have conducted to
prepare our HR Audit that is Renaissance Group. Therefore we discussed the Company
Background information of the chosen company.
We stated our Main Issue which is to prepare a Human Resource Audit.
Afterwards in our HR audit we discussed the PESTLE Analysis of the garment industry. The
social factors involved in the garment industry are growing political focus and pressure on
healthcare, global government looking for healthcare savings etc. The economic factors
involved in the garment industry are global economic crisis, reduction in individual
disposable income and so on.
Along with it we added a SWOT Analysis in our next segment where we discussed the
external opportunities and threats of the company as well as the internal strengths and
weaknesses of the company.
We have stated a Standard Definition of criterion by which we have decided onto valuing
each of the job positions as well as the overall company analysis valuation. That is, the point
system method has been described in this section.
We created Employee Portfolio and mentioned Valuation Point. In case of Job description
here, we evaluated all job position and all different department of the organization. The
company requires better marketing executive to look after the IMC and PR section.The
economic factors involved in the garment industry are global economic crisis, reduction in
individual disposable income and so on.
Then we discussed our Observation. The recommendations that we provided are- they should
give proper empowerment to the employees. The company requires better marketing
executive to look after the IMC and PR section.
The final step of this part was to come up with a proper Evaluation as well as
Recommendation which we attained through questionnaire surveys.
