Merchandising consists of the activities involved in
acquiring particular goods and services and making
them available at the places, times, prices and
quantities that enable a retailer to reach its goals.
Merchandiser could be responsible for promotion,
display, sales forecast and stock levels

Allocate shelf space differently in response to
customer and market differences
By micro merchandising, one can place the right
product on the right shelf at the right time.
Cross Merchandising

together to earn additional revenues for the store.
