Step to create CASS ID :

1) Click Tools.
2) Click User Preferences.
3) Click New under External System IDs and input as below
a. System: CASS
b. UserId: CASS User ID / Staff ID

Step to create new contact name :


1. Query customer ID / account click customer account

2. Go to Contact tab click New Add contact name, email, handphone number or office number in
table

3. Proceed with new installation process.

WI - NEW INSTALLATION
1. Query customer name or customer ID No. (depending on which region). Click customer account
click New Install

2. Choose PSTN: ADSL_MM (Streamyx Combo)

3. Select create service account by searching address and click next.

4. Fill in address information tick use existing service address search address highlight address
next

5. Review service account address and click next

6. Highlight which service availability for address and click next

7. Select new billing account and next

8.Tick yes to create billing account same as service address next

9. Highlight verified customer account next

10. Choose CC4 next

11. Select yes to associate contact to billing account next

12. Highlight account contacts next

13. Select account category next

14. Fill in Streamyx marketing information next

15. Check order details next

16. Select product add to cart next

17. Click finish

18. Go to line items highlight business line click customize

19. Go to special offers choose TM office use under off concession code done

20. Click reserve facility

21. Facility reservation success window will popup

22. To create login, go to login tab and insert login under login column

23. Go to numbering tab put % in red box search pick desire number reserve

24. Go back to login tab and click reserve to reserve all IDs

25. Highlight product validate

26. All items in order are valid window will pop up

28. To change contact person click at contact name choose *contact name click ok

*If desire contact person is not available, kindly refer create contact person step at second page.

27. Fill in the mandatory info (red box) submit

29. Submit window will popup

30. Step to book appointment:

Click Line Items


Go to Activity
Highlight Business Line
Highlight Installation Activity under Activities section
Click Book Appointment
Book appointment in INFORMS

32. Appointment Confirmation Slip will pop up, please save as pdf or print for own references.

33. Finish
