The following leadership tasks represent the actions most frequently observed in administrators
for Lincoln Public Schools 2014 Summer School (Secondary-High School). This qualitative profile portrays
priorities in the day of a school leaderthus providing a snapshot of what is deemed important in managing
and leading the instructional community.
Coordinator: Conferences with staff,
students, and parents on discipline/behavior

Administrative Intern:
Meets daily with approximately 40 +individual students
and their teachers to problem solve for behavior/academic
concerns; connects language liaisons and federal programs
staff (Vista) with at-risk students. Outcome: Community/
Political Leadershipcollaborates with community agencies
to integrate services for students and families
