The Story of a Frocodile

My name is Caesar. I 'm a frocodile. My father is a frog and my mother is a crocodile.
My sister Helen and I was born in a river in Malaysia. When I was one year old, the
Malaysian government caught me and sent me to Hong Kong as a gift. I'm now living
in Hong Kong Wetland Park. My best friend is a crocodile called Pui Pui.
My appearance is very special. I have the head of a crocodile and the body of a frog. My
skin is dark green in colour. The park warden gives me fish and chicken for food. My
mouth is big but my teeth are small. Therefore, I can't tear the fish open. I usually
swallow them whole. In winter, I like to sunbathe on the rocks near the water. In summer,
I enjoy playing with frogs in the shallow water. Pui Pui is too lazy to play. She just lies
and sleeps all day!
I'm now two years old and I measure 0.8 m in length and 15 kg in weight. Many people
come to the Park to see me. They talk and laugh loudly. They also take many photos of
me. I don't mind the photos too much. It is their first time to see a frocodile after all. I just
hope they can be quieter.
One day, a horrible thing happened to me. A girl dropped her mobile phone in the water
carelessly. I thought it was food so I opened my mouth and swallowed it. It was hard and
tasteless! Soon afterwards, I heard music coming out from my stomach. Before I knew
what was happening, I saw the girl, her mother and the park warden coming for me. The
park warden took me to a room. A man in a white shirt put me to sleep, opened my big
mouth and took out the mobile phone. I was sick for two days after this incident!
Do I like my life in Hong Kong? Er...m I think it is quite good. I have nice food and a
comfortable place to live in. But life is lonely and boring here and I miss my family
sometimes. I hope one day I will go back to my parents and sister in Malaysia. I will hunt
for food in the river together with them.
