Re: Infringement of Westwood College Intellectual Property Rights

Dear Vendor,
It has recently come to our attention that you are using content on your website,
http://www.collegetimes.tv, to which Westwood College holds exclusive rights protected under

copyright and/or trademark law. Your use of this protected content is unauthorized by Westwood
College and infringes its intellectual property rights.
The purpose of this notice is to demand that you cease and desist from using the protected
content or otherwise infringing on Westwood Colleges rights. Our preference is to resolve this
matter amicably with your cooperation. To that end, we request your written assurance that:
1)

You have removed the protected content from your website;

2)

Neither you, nor any other person or entity acting on your behalf will directly or
indirectly engage in further unauthorized use of Westwood Colleges intellectual
property.

We look forward to hearing from you, and ask for your written response within five days of the
date hereof to indicate your position on this matter.
Please understand that our efforts to resolve this matter as set forth above should not be
construed as a waiver of any right or remedy possessed by Westwood College, or any other
affected party, all of which are expressly reserved.
